The view of the hotel is acceptable, but the service needs improvement in many aspects. The rental of the swimming pool needs to be rented separately, which is particularly inconvenient. It is not convenient to eat nearby. The hotel's own buffet has various requirements. Customers are given hand straps of different colors. The plastic buckles cannot be taken off. It is very inconvenient to wear them all the time. However, Only willing to provide it once is not humane enough. The hotel facilities are relatively old and the price/performance ratio is average

Visited in march 2025 out of season, so the hotel was nice and quite not overly busy. Food and staff are lovely , Chada is so friendly with very beautiful smile also so professional Very comfortable bed The spa is a must do when visiting royal thalassa, it’s very relaxing and well worth the money , would definitely come back

Great hotel! Clean, friendly and great food. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip! Would recommend. Spa was good although I wish I had bought a package at start of holiday. £90 for 4 treatments and full access to the spa and gym for 1 day or £170 for 8 treatments and 2 days access. A massage cost £33 for 1 treatment

When my Son and I arrived at the Hotel first expectations were good. We were shown to our room which was quite late I was not impressed with the room. The bathroom was in bad repair and this was not a 5-star hotel room. The next night my son who was staying in the next room had water leaking from his bath. Water was every where in the bathroom. We reported it to reception nothing was done. The next morning before we went out on a trip found lots of insects especially I believe a cockroach I have added to this review. I also reported this still nothing done. Food at this Hotel was average and would not recommend this Hotel and will not be returning.

Lovely beachfront hotel. Good food. The staff are super friendly. Chada on guest relations is so lovely and helpful. Good value for money. Would recommend the spa that is attached to the hotel too. Great value packages for treatment and spa use. Took the Train into Monastir which only cost about 25p each way.

Super friendly staff , especially Chada from guest relations who is lovely and exceptional at her job….,,, .Chaine and Tito from the animation work so hard and are super friendly too .The spa and gym facilities are excellent …..I would recommend the spa packages which are great value for money .
