Welcomed with a drink and someone took our cases to our rooms Then it all went Down hill from then Room was described by the receptionist the best room in the hotel Mattresses were so uncomfortable could feel every spring, dirty Mattress protectors Sheets/ towels were meant to be white they were yellow as they were so old, one even had blood on. Rugs down each side of bed were dirty and had hair all over them. Bathroom didn't have attachment for the shower head to hold to, the bath had been resiliconed around the edge serval times and they dirt sat in top cracked tiles & floor tiles. The place smelt like sewage. No Air-Con as they turned it off apparently Restaurant One Row of food, spaghetti bolognaise Every night, Fish with there Eyes still in, some mince slop Some sort of Potatoes & chicken kebab meat with Breads Desserts same 5 cakes every night & day fruit Apple or orange Plates wasn't washed properly still had grease on and all chipped Bar had plastic cups and was collected from tables stacked together and run under the water. Female toilet had a bucket/ Bin in the middle of the room as there was a leak from the ceiling. We had to buy new bedding, sheets & pillow cases & cups to drink out & food Nothing to do within the hotel, in rainy days everyone sat in the lobby looking miserable( and I don't blame them) This place was the pitts reminded me off a YMCA Hostel LOVE HOLIDAYS shame on you for advising this hotel. Maybe you need to do your research before advising again. Also the staff members beg u to make a good review and the entertainment Guy wanted us to do it in front of him.

Just want to add to my review from before. Entertainment was very good we really enjoyed, well done.entertainment manager was really helpful and thanks to him that came and sorted all problems. Same yesterday manager ir reception 👍 good and quick problems sorting

I Arrived last Saturday, I was not happy with the food they didn't do french fries for dinner they only had them at breakfast and I had to complain about it to the reception I was not happy, I also had a bad experience with one of the Bar restaurant he made me feel uncomfortable. He told me and my sister to stay here in the Ala carte restaurant there was no one there just us and I got the smooch lips off him and he told my sister can we go for a smoke I was so so scared and worried I just wanted to go home, there isn't anything to do there. There's no shops where you can walk to outside. The food was disgusting the drinks weren't nice. The shower 🚿 kept falling down and there was no quilt on the beds, I gave the guy £20 note I didn't get my change back for bingo tickets, I got a prize instead, the Entertainment wasn't good the food was disgusting there was kids falling about which the grounds could have been sorted last year. I am not happy with this Hotel I will never be back to that hotel again. We also got asked to write a review on here and the girl took my sisters phone and went onto trip advisor. The staff can't take people's phones, this was the worst holiday I have ever been on the staff were nice,

Nothing open food shocking and no entertainment along with paying for a garden view yet the view was shocking a massive dump site behind the hotel. The staff are great but that was about all that was good the bar had very limited drinks as well and no light snacks as stated on the holiday brochures

Good hotel, good food and entertainment is good. The animation team is very good at what they do. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice holiday. Room is very spacious and the restaurant has a good selection of local delicates. I recommend .
