Do not think about going to this hotel. Unless you are from next door country or it's free not even then ,I'm not a fussy person but this dump was crazy. May be others had better time but august was overcrowded .the people starving pushing filling plates up with everything in sight .hard to explain but you stand in line half hour to find all gone.people let to do as Thay want a man had a full bowl may be 20+ peaches pick up all lady with him opened carry bag and put all in all fruit cake taken away to rooms .and then told all gone no more .pancakes by time you get any meal time finished same with other populer food .eat out it's not so stressfull .Rooms old and falling to bits. Pool good for kids Thay enjoy but no chance if you want to swim.

Unfortunately we had to leave last week to come home me and the family had an amazing time. Such a lovely hotel the entertainment was brilliant the animation team were fantastic there wasn't anything not to love. If I could I would take all team with me to look after my girls lol .The staff were great with the kids always trying to entertain them the food was good especially we love breakfast pancakes with chocolate 😋 Cocktails -fantastic especially my special Rum cocktail. The rooms were fresh and every day cleaned by very nice lady. Thank you for an amazing time you all are doing fantastic job xx

If I could leave 0 starsI would.I don't normally leave negative reviews. But this hotel is terrible. If you have booked here I would seriously consider changing hotels before you go. Once you get there the only way to contact on the beach is by email if the WiFi is working. The food is disgusting. If you are European you are not allowed in the main restaurant. You are sent to a smaller one where they send the food over. It's not kept warm and left uncovered so is always full of flies. The bread is stale. Most people that we spoke to had at least 1day with upset stomachs. The only good thing about the hotel is the animation team and bar staff they are really friendly .

The hotel is very average, don’t go here if your expecting luxury. The hotel has good things and some bad things. I’ll start with the GOOD things – Animation Team – These guys are amazing and make your holiday. They entertain guests all day and night and nothing is trouble for them. They do the following activities aqua gym, water polo, gym, foam party, darts and disco at night. Pool Area – The pools are great with slides. The slides come on 2 or 3 times a day and are great fun. The water is NOT sea water, which is great. Cleaners - They come everyday and make sure the rooms are left spotless. BAD Things FOOD - The food is the main let down in this hotel. All meals have very few options, they provide 3 or 4 options (normally boiled chicken, fish, boiled potatoes and pasta). We had to eat out every night due to the lack of food in the hotel. BAR - The bar serves soft drinks in tiny paper cups which is 1 sip in the heat. They are charge 1 Dinar for a bottle of water. ROOMS - The rooms are very basic and need a lot of work to fix them. In one of our rooms the bath panel was hanging off, slugs under the sink, exposed electrics, draws hanging off hinges. WIFI – The wifi only works in the reception area and is very slow. THE 2 INFINITY POOLS ARE NOT PART OF THE HOTEL, YOU HAVE TO BUY A DRINK FROM THE PRIVATE BEACH BAR TO USE THESE POOLS !!!!

Hotel is average, don’t expect gold and rose pedals for this price. Food depends on personal preference it wasn’t for my taste but my husband could find something he likes every day. Hotel staff is nice and helpful - receptionists could speak a bit better English but we managed everything. AnImation team is truly amazing they go above and beyond to entertain the guests during the day and after dinner as well. Aqua gym, water polo, gym, foam party, darts, games you name it they do it. Honestly they were the ones making our holiday exceptional… thank you guys again!!

Well we're do I begin it was a dumping ground and lied about many things. The food was herendous and not good enough for British citizens after we had complained about the food we got put in another restraint wich they didn't clean up.In this restraunt we found a camels toung amoungst a curry. The WiFi was a home hub and wouldn't reach the bedrooms and would only reach the reception. The beach was a tip we found the following on there: Glass Shoes Packets Plastic Clothes Cardboard. Even after all of that we had to switch rooms as we has no bedroom lights and the toilet wouldn't work in both of our rooms that we had booked. There was also many pool accidents with people sinking and young children losing their parents. They also lie about how the hotel looks in real life its too different to explain from what it looks like on the website. The other thing was the trips get offered at the stay are not that good the camel one Don not try but the other two were alright. The location was not that good but there were a few places you could eat out and a few shops. The shop in the hotel was to expensive and you could everything cheaper with better quality and the shop next to the hotel. It is a 10-20 minute walk if you want to do some water activites.will say the only good thing was the the entertainment team. But even if you could get this free I would not take it.It should be taken off every website that you can book on.

This hotel was very run down It was very dangerous with live electrics hanging out the walls, indoor pool area left open so children could have easily fallen in the pool which was empty , People fighting for plates at breakfast, lunch and dinner like a bunch of animals. Even staff said that it is embarrassing. Was told the week before there was a separate area for Europeans but no such luck. Wi-Fi not working. The photos on booking com and on the beach show two infinity pools that are no longer there. Couldn’t have a bath as it had no plug Beach was covered in rubbish and sea**** that wouldn’t have taken more that an hour in the morning to sort out but wasn’t cleaned in the time I was there. Staff are amazing though Probably the only saving grace for us. Even they questioned what we thought of the hotel. A number told me they wouldn’t be back there next year. I definitely will not be going back

Let's start off. This is a 3 star hotel hence the price of the holidays. You want luxury, shell out for a more expensive hotel. The hotel guests are 90% Tunisian and Argelian. The other 10 are the European. There is a big restaurant and a small one for the European guests. On the small restaurant the choice of food is smaller but with only 20 to 30 European guests for the day. This does not mean you cannot go to the main one as that is where I ate for the first 3 days. You can take a plate and go to the main restaurant to get different food then back to small restaurant. The hotel itself is in ok condition. Pictures attached on how it looks as of August 2022. There are 4 slides on the big swimming pool and there is a small swimming pool for the little ones. There is a little bar to get some refreshments near the swimming pool. There is beach as well. Water is warm and nice. A bit of **** when a lot of waves but seen worse. Throughout the day there are loads of activities from water polo to aqua fitness, yoga and other exercise. At night they always do mini disco for kids. Titou is amazing on this.and then they will do different things from tombola raffles, karaoke etc. There is a bar. Choice of free alcoholic drinks there as well. Juice and water free unless if you want a 2 litre water cold. That will cost you 1 dinar which is 30 pence. Now for the most important part. The staff are amazing. From the people who clean the rooms to the animators and the bar staff. Every one gives the extra mile. The manager is brilliant and will be ready to support if any issues arise. Also, there are outside excursions. Pirate ship, camel ride and quad bikes. Pirate ship and camel ride are worth doing. I had an issue with a room on first day, reception staff gave me 5 room keys and told me to choose the one that I would be comfortable with. My children were happy playing with other children from other nationalities. No one would understand each other but they just loved it. Would go back, no problems at all.
