Rooms are not cleaned and sticked with soap and toilet paper unless you give a high tip. Waiters are the only staff members that are friendly, others are plain rude. Moust sunbads are reserved all the time so getting a spot is hard.

We spent lovely time during our holidays in Beach Helia . Animators are so good they are playing with kids and they are marina kid so happy. Nino , Neymar and Sisko are so good and want to help in every situation.

Good hotel with best animation i’ve ever seen(ilyes , tarek , soureya) also nice restaurant and very lovely staff i recommend it

800m from the airport which is great.We got the room at 6 a.m.;) We got seawiev room and payed stanard wiev;) All stuff, all of them are great, nice. 2yrs ago after Riadh palms I decided, never ever in Tunis ho again. But obviously the whole atmosfere depend on a good menagement in the hotel. No complaint this time. What should be improoved is the restaurant. But this is not about the hotel. Food is great, a lot of variety, waiters working very hard. The mess on the tables after ill-mannered guest is horrible. 0 culture. Due to a lot of guest you should wait for clean table, cuttlery. So we brought ours;) Waiters are very kind and hard working people. You should figure it out how to stop creasy guest not to throw food. Ehcessive food amount finish in the garbage. So shamefool behavior. Animation team is great, they organise so many activities during a day, for all ages. In overall summary we were satisfied and looking forward for 2026 for the same arangement;)

Hotel Vincci Helya Monastir Hotel is located right across from the airport in Monastir. At the entrance, our things were placed in a special room while we waited to enter the room. It was eight in the morning when we arrived. The lady at the reception asked us for 120 euros in advance for ten days of stay (tax), even before we got the room. I refused to pay until we got a room. I think the tourist tax in Tunisia is obscenely high. One of the reasons we won't be coming again. The hotel is big and tidy on first impression. We got a small room that was renovated and on the second floor. The extra bed was inadequate for an adult and we paid for three adults. The air conditioning worked very well, without any problems. It is very pleasant at night, nice to sleep in, not hot. The exterior of the hotel is beautiful, there are three swimming pools, and a children's pool. There is also a playroom for small children. The pools are a little more crowded, while the sea was occasionally crowded. You have lifeguards everywhere. On the beach, I would praise the host of the beach, who always greeted us nicely, and helped us settle down on the sunbeds. They could clean the beach a little more from the grass. There were no strong waves so the sea seemed good for swimming. However, all that was ruined by jellyfishes, small ones, which can burn badly. This is the main reason that we will not come to Tunisia again. In the main restaurant Breakfast is from 7 to 10, lunch from 12 to 2 and dinner from 19 to 21:30. In between, you can get a slice of pizza, pancakes, ice cream near the main restaurant. The food was the biggest surprise because we were sure that we wouldn't like a lot of it, but there was really everything. Various types of meat, salads, cooked vegetables, cakes, fruits... Everything was delicious and for everyone. My suggestion to the hotel is to not add any seasoning to the fish other than salt. That will improve it considerably...The water is bottled and you get big bottles all the time. You can take it whenever you want. There were various juices, on tap or in bottles that they take out of the package and open in front of you. Coca Cola, Sprite, fruit juices etc. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. The cleaning lady Hamida used to come to our room number 247 all the time and kept everything very tidy. It is not out of place to tip everyone who works hard around you in the hotel. The train and bus stations are right outside the hotel. There are a lot of police and army on the streets and it is very safe. We sat outside the hotel a lot, even at night without any problems. Taxis are not expensive. Agree with Taxy driver before driving, everything. All employees are very friendly. The animators are really good and work hard throughout the day. I would like to praise Sisou, Misa Misu and a guy who is from the capital of Tunisia, I don't remember his name. I would also like to praise all the bartenders who made us great cocktails. Well done
