Nice hotel, well located and very clean.
Only the air conditioner did not work it was very hot in the room. I don't recommend the breakfast at all.
Arm yourself with patience to receive the key to your room.

Hôtel Monastir Centre, c'était une expérience horrible. Le chauffage ne marchait pas, l'eau n'était pas propre, les draps et les serviettes pas propres non plus, et ça puait aux toilettes. On m'a changé de chambre vers une chambre soit-disant de luxe, le chauffage marchait vrt à peine, l'eau chaude ne marchait pas!!! Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner étaient catastrophiques. à déconseiller fortement

Séjour du 1-2 septembre 2023.. suite à un surbooking, on a été contraint de passé du temps dans cette hôtel .. alors il présente bien d’apparence.. mais c’est tout, le personnel SAUF la Réception fait de son mieux et sont très serviable mais la petite dame à la réception regarde de haut et ne comprend pas les remarques .. résumé : déjà a l’arrivée pour commencer l’unique ascenseur en panne ( réparé 1h plus tard ceci dit mais apparemment souvent en panne d’après d’autres clients là depuis plusieurs jours), 4 valises à remonter au 5eme étages par l’escalier, arrivé dans la chambre propre et spacieuse.. d’apparence le 5e étage semble rénové, les étages inférieurs semblent dans leurs jus des années 70.. télé de taille ridicule ici 24’´meme pas en face des lits et pas de télécommande malgré 2 réclamations à l’accueil ! Bref Pas de papier toilette, pas de savon, 4 doses de shampooing dont 1 Ouverte déjà ! Manque de prise dans la chambre .. 3 prises apparente mais 1 pour le climatiseur, et 1 pour le mini frigo donc il n’en reste qu’une de dispo de l’autre côté du lit .. La lumière de mon côté du lit avait l’ampoule grillé .. et la nuit a été longue car le bruit des moteur de climatisation extérieur résonnait en plus du bruit de la musique de l’hôtel aux abords de la piscine pour les consommateurs nocturne malgré les fenêtres double vitrage.. Le robinet crachote, le meuble miroir est tout abîmé, chez moi cela ferait lgt qu’il aurait fini à la poubelle ! En résumé la chambre en soit reste propre et clair, correctement meuble Sauf ce meuble là qui fait tache .. la partie restaurant est de bonne qualité mais reste limitée en choix (mode self-service) par contre les boissons sont en supplément en mode pension complète .. même l’eau .. bref je donne 2/5 à défaut d’1,5 sur 5 .. en somme je déconseille A oui niveau prix on est autour des 50-60€ la nuit, ce qui est raisonnable mais la prestation n’y est pas 😞, l’hôtel mérite un lifting complet et revoir certains du personnel dont les dames de la réception

Super hôtel, jy vais depuis à peu près 10 ans (si mes calculs sont bons), jamais déçu. Le directeur prends le temps d’écouter, le personnel est agréable et c’est un lieu relativement tranquille. Proche du centre ville.

Très mauvaise expérience nous avons été mis dans cette hôtel suite à un retard de vol je peux convenir que loger plus 100 personnes au dernier moment cela n’a pas dû être facile. Mais cela n’excuse en rien la propreté de la chambre le buffet qui était digne d’une cantine scolaire nous avons demandé une bouteille d’eau au service restauration ils nous ont dit qu’il fallait payer
