Top hotel, top service, top food, top entertainment staff, no respect for hotel guests!!! Held hotel guests very naked very casual not dressed very shocking!!! in the hotel entrance hall and in the buffet restaurant it is necessary to review the clothing of certain customers (female) we must respect the very vulgar people see half naked for a very beautiful hotel it spoils the image of this hotel inappropriate behavior of certain customers and the host flirts with customers, a shame for such a beautiful establishment!!! To see urgently the rooms are perfect maid at the top very clean establishment despite the rest thank you to the service staff and respect the rest to see again urgently lack of respect thank you to the manager and the director to review certain details thank you for your welcome .

Hotel and rooms needs a refurbishment- but who cares -you are going to be on the beach all day. Lunch and evening meals are tasty and varied. Good linen service throughout our 14 day stay But the reason that we are giving the holiday 5 star is for the entertainment/animation team. Shimmying Mido and his ”Wrecking Crew ” kept us amused all day. Naden with his line dancing, Rikko with aqua gym ,Cisco (and Cisco ) - a double mention -omitted in another review (sorry ) with games , Momo with his dancing feet and Sarah for her happy smiling face. It is in the evening where the team excel. A great time dancing with them and other guests from Tunisia who are so warm and friendly Warning When you return home you will have what is called ”Animation Condition” i.e. you will wake up dancing to a routine(which you will have learnt there ) and singing ”Oh Oh ” There is no known cure for this nor will there ever be one - not that I want one. Allez allez !! P.S Management -give them a pay rise and a bonus - they are well worth it They make the hotel

We stayed a day in this hotel and what to say about customer service !!! Manel at the reception smiling and listening. Madame Saida has ensured that all our needs are met. The swimming pool is large in the surface and deep. The outdoor furnishings are well thought. There is a coffee with a beautiful view of the beach of Monastir. The buffet is different and clearly exceeded my expectations, compared to other internationally recognised hotels. In photo the view I had from the buffet terrace. I had an issue with two of my reservations during my stay at Rosa Beach , but Front Office Manager Fadia and Receptionist Saja were incredibly helpful. They resolved the problem quickly and professionally, ensuring my check-in was smooth despite the mix-up. Their outstanding service truly made a difference. Thank you, Fadia and Saja!

Nous avons découvert cet hôtel via des amis habitués (merci à Mehdi et Leila) Un hôtel avec un potentiel incroyable, beaucoup de charme, taille humaine donc très reposant pas énormément de monde et pendant la saison c'est vraiment un plus. L'hôtel est très bien pour les familles il fait bon y vivre, le personnel est à l'écoute très serviable. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'espace piscine il y a en pour grand et petit sous la surveillance permanente du maître nageur. Vraiment un hôtel simple minimaliste et qualitatif qui se démarque de ce qu'on peut voir dans le coin J'encourage fortement toute l'équipe de l'hôtel Les Palmiers et nous reviendrons c'est certain.
