We booked a family dinner for mothers day. The service was excellent with a young vibrant staff being very helpful friendly and courteous. The food was absolutely delicious and all the mothers received vouchers for the spa along with some chocolates . We sat out in the beautiful garden for a little drink afterwards.

We recently stayed at Hilgrove to celebrate my father-in-law’s 70th birthday, and the experience exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well cared for, going above and beyond to make this milestone occasion truly special. The rooms were beautifully maintained—clean, quiet, and very comfortable. My father-in-law especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary birthday treat waiting in the room and a personalized card from the hotel staff. It was clear that every detail had been carefully considered. The hotel grounds were perfect for relaxing and enjoying time as a family. Whether it was sitting on the terrace with a morning coffee, taking in the views, or enjoying a delicious dinner at the on-site restaurant, everything felt just right. The birthday dinner was a real highlight: the food was outstanding, and the staff even arranged a surprise cake and a toast in his honor. What made this stay so memorable, though, was the genuine warmth and hospitality of everyone at the hotel. They made a 70th birthday feel truly significant and joyful—not just for my father-in-law, but for all of us who had the pleasure of celebrating with him. I had dinner here with my family for my graduation. There was a great of choice of food and it was delicious. We got some tables reserved for the family in a separate room. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t be more helpful
