Hotel is small but quiet, comfortable rooms, swimming pool is not deep enough for adult people to swim.Stuff was very friendly.Problem was in restaurant with Chef.

We had a great experience staying at this particular hotel. The service was amazing. We were provided an extra bed for our daughter within minutes of requesting it. Thank You.
The Hotel was beautiful inside the rooms and the surrounding outside pool area.

A small cozy hotel with a good atmosphere. The breakfast is decent, you won't go hungry. The room is small, you can only fit two suitcases, but it was enough for us for 2 days. African music plays by the pool, it was atmospheric. The location is safe, for us, two girls, it was very important! We had lunch and dinner in the department, everything was delicious. Good cocktails. I can recommend!!

The food is amazing, with a home feeling to it. The chef(s) gives a personal touch. The ambiance is good too. The conference facility is good enough for small groups. The team is flexible and make exceptions to your request, also very courteous. Overally, exceptional services

If you're planning to take your parents for a vacation please consider taking them to Pride Inn Nyali. This is home away from home, my parents have experienced the best vacation ever considering one of them was diabetic they would always pack something for her to bite before the next meal . Everyone here is so friendly, and their services are on another level . Am a proud customer !!

We had an amazing and relaxing stay at this beautiful hotel. As well as the location and cleanliness, what stood out personally for us was the impeccable, warm, friendly service and hospitality by all staff, who went over and above their roles to ensure our stay was enjoyable and memorable. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It genuinely felt like home to home. Thank you to Rebecca, Rosie and Ashley for looking after us at breakfast. Thank you Jaqueline for your warmth and kindness throughout and also thank you Jumah for your friendliness and those freshly picked coconuts!! Much appreciated. We have stayed at many 4/5 star hotels but Pride Inn Nyali was the best. It was so good to see staff work together as a team and seem genuinely happy be working at the hotel which definitely makes a difference. Highly recommended.
