The day sofa beds are so comfortable... great nyama choma, nice ambience. the rooms are very spacious and clean. The lawn is lush green, and the pool is perfect and amazing, ideal place for couples and families. Not very friendly for children.

Beautiful property by day. Staff are warm and friendly. If you choose the sea facing rooms, be rest assured you will sleep well and have good views of the ocean. If you choose the pool facing apartments, you will not sleep - the hotel rents out speakers to their customers. Each one plays their own music. It's just a mess. Wondering why they can't have one DJ to play music. If the owner can afford JBL speakers, he/she can afford head phones for rent so that it's a silent disco.

Booked a place to stay as i was in Mombasa. I had not even seen the ocean but the receptionist just pointed it out to me and that's when my experience started. Everyone was helpful and welcoming and nothing seemed a bother no matter how many times i had to ask for ice.... Well done Jumeirah.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!! DO NOT BOOK!!! Horrendous customer service, not transparent at all, will steal all your money and you won’t get it back. Do not book online!!! Worst idea of my life to trust this establishment.

Do not book this hotel if you’re looking for a good nights sleep or on a holiday with children. It’s all peaceful in the day but once it hits 6pm, the hotel brings out Shisha and people from the outside arrive and play annoyingly loud music with wireless speakers provided by the hotel (Why they think this is a good idea is beyond me). We had the apartment on the ground floor facing the pool and had nice sofas outside each room. BUT you won’t get to use them because guests who aren’t staying there will be sitting there with their Shisha and music :) goodbye privacy. The rooms themselves are bang average. The toilet in the master room barely had any water running out of the shower and hot water takes about 5 minutes to flow out. When we checked in, the living room also had flies roaming around which we couldn’t get rid off. If you can afford it, I’d suggest heading over to Voyager that’s just up the road. Their all inclusive package is worth the money and you’ll get a peaceful nights sleep.

Security was ample. Rooms were sparkling clean and the whole place was constantly being groomed. My wait at the reception during check -in was pleasant. The ladies and the gentleman at the reception were polite and courteous too. Coming back in the summer.
