We enjoyed our stay at Mitsis Galini hotel. The stuff was friendly, the room had a nice view of the sea and the pool and both the dinner and the breakfast were above the expectations. We will definitely come back!

Disappointment! Service levels extremely low. At the reception it was as if they had to connect one by one to a machine in order to serve. The reservation was for a double with a child and we find a double bed with two mattresses. I had to call 4 times to the reception for them to come even after the midday nap. In the pool we hunt the staff for orders and in the spas they probably don't want to work there, otherwise their behavior is inexplicable. The maids are the kindest staff of the hotel I would say.

Amazing pool! The spas didn't drive me crazy, the food and the buffet rich and tasty.
The facilities (mainly the room) for 5 stars were not, however for the price it was ok.
The spa indifferent and the reception not so polite.
A huge negative is the infinite mosquitoes that existed (inside the room) which is perfectly reasonable with a mountain on one side of the sea on the other and 3 swimming pools in front, however from a 5 star hotel I would expect at least a mosquito net in the room!!

Όλα ήτανε άψογα στο κομμάτι της διαμονής και της εξυπηρέτησης εκτός από μια αστοχία στο κομμάτι της επικοινωνίας με την κράτηση από το ίντερνετ, καθώς δεν συμπεριέλαβε μέσα και το παιδί, με αποτέλεσμα να στριμωχτούμε στο διπλό κρεβάτι στον ύπνο, καθώς δεν μας φέρανε έχτρα κρεβάτι για το παιδί όπως μας είπαν στην ρεσεψιόν κατά το check in.

We spend here summer vacation with our 10yo daughter. In general hotel is very good, rooms are comfortable and clean and stuff is very kind. Food is delicious. Hotel pool is good but we did not use it very much. However beach is not so great but it is ok. Spa center is wonderful but not so convinient for summer time. Overall it was very good expirience

The location of the hotel is great, staff are very friendly and polite, especially those tr the beach, Kleopatra and Vangelis, they are real treasure!
