Hotel locationđ   We drove at 8 o'clock in the morning in Sydney. We stayed in the zoo in Canberra for about 5 hours. We drove in from the entrance. On the left is Jamala's signboard. It is good to park directly in the parking lot without taking a ticket.   Jamala is not in downtown Canberra, but Canberra is only a 10 minute drive to the city. If you want to live for a few more days in Canberra, I wouldnât recommend it because of Canberraâs political attractions. More, more fun, in addition to the mint to see how the Australian coins are made (1 to 2 hours is enough), the other is the National Congress Memorial Hall, there are also in Melbourne, Sydney, unless the Australian history is particularly interested in not recommended Pull. Overall processđŸ   We arrived a little earlier than 1 o'clock, the front desk let us leave the luggage to them, they will help us get into the room later, we bring our own carry-on bag, then give us a few sheets of paper, which reads the hotel For example, you can't feed your own animals, be optimistic about your own children, or choose to eat at night, and have special requirements for meals. During this period, we can't enter our room until 4 o'clock. The hotel is like a big mansion. ~ The lobby is like a large living room with a sofa area and a large dining table. The walls are a large aquarium that is connected to the aquarium and can be accessed at any time. On the other side of the glass door is a terrace with a sofa and a small swimming pool, as well as a monkey's cage.   Probably, at 1:30, they have a rich afternoon tea and fresh fruit (mini burger sandwich, macaron, cake, fruit), drinks with iced tea, carbonated drinks, various juices, sparkling water, and hot tea. Helping to make hot coffee, if you canât eat at noon, you can eat it here~   Then at 2:30, the first zoo sightseeing tour began. The administrators took the tour to the zoo to explain the whole English. The explanations were mainly about some animal introductions, the interesting things of their animal families, and the protection of animals they have contributed to science. A person who is not so good may not be able to comprehend some of the funny stalks that the administrator said. It takes about 2 hours to finish. There is a grandmother who needs to be taken care of by a wheelchair. The hotel and the zoo's overall barrier-free facilities are very comprehensive. Very smooth and happy~   At 4 o'clock we can finally go back to the room to rest! We live in a giraffe room, two people live in a long lemur room, and the giraffe room has a room at 4 o'clock. The administrator has a giraffe to take pictures. The giraffe room can see giraffes and deer, lemur rooms, The lemur is just outside the glass window of the room, and itâs especially cute to see people coming over and selling! We can also see the lion on the window terrace of the No. 2 lemur house. The hotel is open at 6 o'clock~ These two hours are free activities, and the zoo can visit the aquarium. Dinnerđ   Dinner is a fine dinning mode, a lot of glutinous nuts will be very particular about changing a good-looking clothes, drinking wine and snacks at the open bar on the terrace at 6 o'clock, red wine, white wine, champagne beer, the wine here is a good wine, like to drink The pot friends can open their hearts~ But you have to remember that this meal has to be eaten at 10 o'clock in the evening... Don't get drunk in advance.   At 7 o'clock in the evening, I will have a big table with people I don't know. It is very important to master the foreign chat technology. Unfortunately, we have wood, and it is a bit tired this day, so we are suffering from bitterness, ingredients and taste. They are very delicious and fresh! Normal fine dinning eating order Previous dishes Main food Desserts like this ~ Eat 10 points really good support... Still tired ~   After the night, the zoo can't move around at will, so we can go back to the room in the main building of the hotel, but the tiger room and the giraffe room, the room is in the zoo, waiting for the car to be sent back, the basic hotel unless you are the same Stay in the main building, otherwise you will not be able to arbitrarily smash the door.   The next day   Although there is a very rich Western breakfast in the morning, there is a zoo tour at 8 o'clock, so if you don't want to miss it, you have to fill out the breakfast form the day before and choose the sandwich you want to eat (in the room bed, fill it in for dinner) staff member).   In the morning, except for a small part that I saw yesterday, I mainly saw tiger lion rhinoceros, giraffes, and feeding deer alpaca. Then check out~ If you want to experience a few more animals, you can live for a few more days~ However, this hotel I think if you want to live, you can choose your favorite animal room, and English must be good~ Otherwise you will feel tired and boring~ The person staying at the hotel is still a foreigner!

I booked this hotel for my elderly grandparents. The service was beyond terrible. There is no staff on site and you need to rely on a pin number that they give you. Turns out our pin number didnt work and I had o find them another hotel. When contacted, the staff and particularly the manager of the hotel were rude and accused us of lying. They stated the room was entered at 1730 (impossible as my grandparents were with me enjoying dinner), they also stated that house keeping said the room was used. I was forced to book another room at another hotel. The incredibly rude manager I spoke to in person refused to hear my side of the story and said that my grand parents were the only ones to get the pin, which is clearly not true. After multiple promises to call me back, they never did. Absolutely pathetic. They have essentially taken advantage of elderly pensioners. Stay well clear.

The choice of this hotel was also decided after reading the strategy and comprehensive consideration. After checking in, first of all, I was amazed by the design of the hotel inside and outside, and I was very happy. The overall facilities and services of the hotel are not bad. The smile and voice of an Asian waitress in the breakfast room make people feel very sincere, warm and comfortable; the meals in the bar are basically vegetarian, but full of creativity It's delicious and not expensive (compared with restaurants outside and gourmet shops in commercial centers); everything in the minibar in the room is free, including wine, beer, cola, milk, nuts, potato chips... small food. This is not available in ordinary hotels; the room is very quiet, and I donât think the sound insulation is bad (maybe itâs off-season?), the hotelâs hygiene is very good, the room supplies are very clean, and slippers, toothbrushes and other accessories are not necessary. But the hotel provides it free of charge according to the needs of the guests, and you can ask for it at the front desk. The downside is that the light in the guest room is too dark (the patrons are pursuing a sense of design), and guests need to look bright! Also, all the door touches in the guest room don't work well.

I booked a two-bedroom apartment. The room is large and spacious. The view of the hall is mountain view, very beautiful. Once inside the hall is the bar, the lights are dim, the music is delicious, the western food is there, the hotel is very big, the bar is just a few, there is also a movie theater. The decorations are all wood strips, I can't understand them, I feel special art. Both bedrooms have no windows and are just a bathroom. There are many kitchen utensils and many tableware. Breakfast is the kind of order. Very close to the city center, a quiet hotel. More than 2,000 a night, the front desk will not be Chinese, it is a hotel for foreigners. Canberra has a beautiful view and is especially suitable for living.

Where do I begin? 1. The room was so basic for the price paid. We soon discovered the bathroom exhaust was not working and they moved us to another room, which was equally awful 2. There were stains in the bathroom and mould 3. The outdated aircon with no instructions 4. The breakfast - 'Included' but you had to pay for coffee 5. Gym - not within the hotel but a 'long warm up' to Constitution place 6. Birthday treat - I organised with one of the staff to send a surprise mini cake with Happy birthday to the room and the other staff completely spoiled it by referring to the cake in the room when we went to ask about the no parking 7. Parking - they charge you upfront for parking, but then there was no parking one night and they casually asked us to park in the in house guest services where there was no parking either. We ended up spending a couple of hours just waiting for parking, which was really appalling and totally a scam 7. Culture passes - bought culture passes and when we visited the exhibitions, we were informed that those were not the tickets - $100 down the drain

The environment is very good, the front desk service of the first reception is also good. Proactively helped us solve many problems. And told us that we can check out at 2 pm, we can have more rest meetings the next day, so we have a conference call after the check-in day, but the door is knocking from 8:00 to 12:00 the next day. The attitude is extremely bad. I have been explaining to the front desk the next day that the hotel told us that we can check out at 2pm. The new front desk still asks me to pay another day's room rate. Spending money is a trivial matter, but the attitude determines my impression of the hotel. Many hotels in Australia have a very good service attitude, but this one is very disappointing.

My reception by Naveen and Dorg was cheerful and helpful; they provided clear and good info regarding the hotel, parking, breakfast and meals in the adjoining Labour Club, etc. Our room on the top 9th floor had a good view towards the Lake Ginninderra, although another high rise had partially blocked the view. Our room was an end room, a more spacious upgrade offered to us by Naveen. It was very clean- every nook and cranny- compliments to housekeeping. It was also nice and bright, as was the bathroom. Decor is very modern and up to date. Bed was comfortable and we had good sleeps. The hot breakfast in the Club was of good quality and variety and good value. Parking on level3 and level4 of the carpark was easily accessible.

I was staying overnight after a knee surgery, just to get some quiet from my house. They were so kind. I asked for an extra pillow, a specific one on the bed. They went and brought 3 different shapes and sizes, because I said I needed to elevate my leg. They could have just said, use the extra blanket or brought a standard pillow. They really went out of their way, and I felt cared for, not just like a paid guest.
You'll love the grocery, alcohol, and several places to eat within a 60 second walk of the lobby.

Hi this is a message for the General Manager Fiona McDougall. My name is Ramona(Razz) Hyde and i brought my resume in around the second week of April looking for a position in housekeeping. About 1 month later i wrote an email to reception to pass on to the the manager as i am super keen to begin a job at your motel asap and have heard nothing back. I couldnât find an email address for you so i thought i would try this. I have been in the industry for over 12 years at three different hotels in Canberra and am willing and able to start a new position at your motel if you would just give me a chance, you have all my details and i really hope to hear from as quickly as possible. thanks Razz
