It's okay. It's just that. 1,500 a night is not cheap. It's not as good as another one in the city center. The main reason is that it has good parking.

Everything was good. The room was good, the view very good, service was good, matt was also very good.

Next to the main road in the south of Gothenburg, the hotel price is not high because it is relatively remote, but the facilities are quite complete. I told the front desk that we would leave at three or four in the morning, and they thoughtfully prepared a bag of breakfast, sandwiches, and juice. , yogurt, and apple were all given, and coffee was free, which was really great.

I have been in this hotel as a returning customer many times. Location is convenient for my business but also the hotel is really nice. Everything is working as should, service is good and the restaurant is good both breakfast and dinner. Hotel is also new and clean.

I stepped on several finger nails in the bathroom and I found the bath tub not cleaned. At first I thought the bath room wasn't even cleaned but then I saw that the toilet paper was nicely folded. It ended up annoying me even more as someone took the time to fold the toilet paper nicely but didn't bother to vacuum the bath room or clean the bath tub. Everything else was nice but a clean room is essential for a nice stay.

The rooms were nice and clean. We had a room across from the elevators but we didnt hear much noise, apart from an occassional slamming of doors. We slept great. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice! In the evening the restaurant was nice, not great.

We asked at the reception if our room could be cleaned and after four days the room hadn't been cleaned nor the towls and the bed clothes changed. The crew was very kind and polite and the breakfast had a big variety and amount of food.

Nice hotell located 15 with tram from city center. Cleaning disastrous. At arrival the bathroom had new towels but toilet and sink had not been cleaned and what the previous guest left there was still in place. Front desk did not seemed surprised and offered nothing but some standard phrases at check-out

The breakfast was amazing. The main disappointment was returning to my room at 20:00 after a long day to discover that the housekeeping requested at check-in was not completed. I ended up having to get more towels at the front desk and forgo the cleaning.

Access to public transportation

This hotel's amenities is very poor. There is no mini bar in the rooms. No save box, no cupboard and no slippers in the rooms. Cleanness of the room was poor and dust was over the edges. The size of the rooms are very small. We had a family room for four people but the size of the room was suitable for two person at the most. The cabin shower leaked water to the bathroom and there was no shampoo or body gel in the bath. The only positive point with this hotel is its breakfast. The hotel was fully booked and there is four lifts to going up and down 21 floor. So you have to wait 3 to 5 minutes for the lifts. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
