This is an upstairs half of a duplex. In a great neighborhood. Outfitted with everything you might need. It’s not an overly big place, but it’s not small either. And seems perfect for a quick stop or an extended stay.
We are walking distance to the Taxslayer Center. Two minutes to the 74 bridge, and just a few more to anywhere else in the Quad Cities.
I’ve been running a vacation rental for almost four years now, but I’m just joining the Vrbo team. We had a nice walk from the place to a great dinner at Lemongrass Thai. Comfortable bed, liked the neighborhood and an overall great space to relax on the last leg of our trip.

A cozy stay in the Heartland
We stayed very pleasantly at this property at the start of our vacation and at the end. In fact, it was almost like getting home…we were familiar w/ the apartment and town. Josh is very accommodating.
