This is an upstairs half of a duplex. In a great neighborhood. Outfitted with everything you might need. It’s not an overly big place, but it’s not small either. And seems perfect for a quick stop or an extended stay.
We are walking distance to the Taxslayer Center. Two minutes to the 74 bridge, and just a few more to anywhere else in the Quad Cities.
I’ve been running a vacation rental for almost four years now, but I’m just joining the Vrbo team. The unit was perfect and met my needs! Josh was excellent and prompt with all communication. Unfortunately, I left early which was based on the weather outlook.

Perfect for me
It was truly easy to get anywhere from this location. The property had everything I needed, including all I needed to eat in if I wanted to. Very clean and well decorated. The driveway was a bit tricky at first to get in and out of, but I quickly mastered it. I will be back.

Very Nice Accommodations!
I enjoyed my overnight stop here. The upper duplex unit was clean, quiet, and cozy. The host was very easy to communicate with and everything was just as pictured and described. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was very clean. Very cute and cozy. You have everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. Off street parking was a plus. Great communication with the owner. I would highly recommend this house!

Moline
We had a nice walk from the place to a great dinner at Lemongrass Thai. Comfortable bed, liked the neighborhood and an overall great space to relax on the last leg of our trip.

A cozy stay in the Heartland
We stayed very pleasantly at this property at the start of our vacation and at the end. In fact, it was almost like getting home…we were familiar w/ the apartment and town. Josh is very accommodating.
