Le Carasse is the tipical location who preserve the original soul of the old buildings of Puglia. The Spa is incredible completely escaved in the rock. The breakfast is fantastic. The staff is cordial. A place to visit not only once. Thanks

The room was terrible,very small with bad smell.you touch the wall with your hand from the window! the hotel is situated at an area without taxi.the transportation is really difficult and the train station is really far away!

We stayed at Le Carasse for three nights while visiting beautiful Puglia. From the town of Mola di Bari it is possible to take day trips to all major highlights in the region and beyond, like Matera for example. The hotel is unique in its style as it has been designed by the owner, an architect, with a mix of traditional features and modern touches. The interior is stunning, with walls of warm local stones, small and larger courtyards, a spa with swimming pool, and luxurious linens. We had breakfast everyday with products from the region, all organic, and served by a friendly English speaking staff member. Simply said, it was a delightful stay!

Small room with a non-working TV, nice but far from the idea of a hotel, beautiful spa but not working, not a warm environment as you would expect from a respectable spa, I must say that I am a regular spa visitor and the choice fell on this structure precisely for this feature, the cold pool water, the beautiful hydromassage but not used because the water was cold, positive note the breakfast. After our complaints about the spa we were offered a discount of 30 euros on the agreed price of 300 euros per night, I must say that the cost of the spa is 70 euros per person.
