단점. 욕실, 공기청정기 필터, 스타일로 필터 청소미흡 장점. 가성비 좋은 시설, 스타일러, 공기청정기, 에어컨 등 구비시설이 신품이라 이용이 편리함. 늦은 체크아웃 가능이라 외부에서 아침식사 가능. 주변에 식당이 많고 평화광장까지 도보로 15분 내외라 산책 즐기기 좋음 할인 시 적당한 가격으로 재 이용 의사있음.
