酒店位置比較偏，在雙胞胎小鎮後代山坡上，和一樓盤共享進場通道，步行下來吃飯非常不方便，酒店成人泳池對外説維修 實際上就是不開放，一泳池綠水全是養了蚊蟲，不可思議的温德姆，走遍雲南，也衹有這家還收酒店按金，落後的管理。更奇葩的是，早餐咖啡是咖啡粉充的完全沒有咖啡味道的咖啡，投訴後用一個無手柄的玻璃杯用開水沖了一杯看起來很濃的咖啡，服務員自己都差點被燙着，難道温德姆沒有現磨咖啡，也沒有咖啡杯？

三星的設施，二星的服務。要間安靜的房間，結果安排在團隊一起，晚上12點還開門關門聲，清早6點就吵醒，温德姆這個品牌也是越來越差了

酒店在新樓盤旁邊，比較新。但應對節日人流的準備不足。早飯表現尤為差。早飯7點開始，到達餐廳後發現全部位置上都是用過的餐盤，要喊服務員現場收拾。餐品也被拿光了，沒有及時補上。目測全部餐廳衹有兩個服務員忙碌。

温德姆已經不是以前的温德姆，酒店位置優越，入住兩晚，價格在春節假期期間也比平時高出不少，但是服務卻還離相應高端酒店差距甚遠。入住時酒店門口水景未開，可以看到已許久沒有清潔，門口垃圾桶堆滿垃圾未有清潔；酒店前台員工缺乏系統管理培訓，素質參差不齊，前台背景牆上還有蛛絲；通往樓層房間的電梯前室，因為春節客源爆單，前庭變成了布草間，房客進入房間都要經過堆放布草的推車前室；我入住時是晚間，經詢問整個酒店夜間僅有一名安保人員巡邏，真替酒店安全捏一把汗；一樓有很多客人喜歡圍坐打牌或者休息，但是夜間沒有一個清潔工負責打掃收拾環境，喝完的紙杯、垃圾隨意丟棄在桌上；房間內部分插座質量堪憂，無法使用，有些已鬆動；入住的親子房衞生間外牆面已返潮起泡，明顯是以前施工防水未處理到位，衞生間頂面還有施工過程中多開的方形圓形燈孔，開業許久也沒有後續處理；早餐中規中矩，唯一不好的是烹飪區因温度高有水汽滴落在玻璃擋板下，保潔人員也不管旁邊有無客人，直接拿抹布擦拭，客户體驗很差。以上均為本人親自體驗感受，供各位網友參考。

雲南蟲多 完全理解 需要客人來發現 提醒趕緊消殺 三間房三間都有 雖然值班服務員即時表達口頭歉意 但我還是凌晨四點才真睡着 一旦腿上 脖子接觸面突然窸窸窣窣想抓 馬上翻身起來 打開射燈 手機燈枕頭被子翻開來找 硬件服務都值 但這幾個紅疙瘩 給我退錢吧
