Staff were very welcoming. Hotel is obviously having work carried out as no bar or restaurant facilities. I would only stay here because f you have transportation as nowhere nearby to eat

The room was clean and comfortable, I would recommend removing the carpets. We slept well, comfortable bed and pillows. The staff were always very courteous and professional. Good breakfast buffet. I point out that Iliad does not take well.

Beautiful structure, super breakfast, a slightly subdued welcome and too vintage room furnishings. I would recommend an upgrade. The location seems excellent for touring all the Marche. Price quality to be reviewed a bit expensive in my opinion. Breakfast with booking not included, however, is really worth it

Reception of the staff rather cold. I open the bedroom door and with great embarrassment the room is already occupied by two people. I go back to the reception and the girl without even worrying too much, gives me another key, I open the door and the room has a strong smell of smoke. I go back to the reception again and they give me a spacious room in an antique style, very noisy, the windows did not have good shutters so light came in in the early hours of dawn. The long curtains covered the little air that came out of the fan coil placed under the bedroom window and therefore, between heat, light and noise it was impossible to sleep well. The bathroom has remained the same as forty years ago, the shower leaked and splashed everywhere. Both in the hall and in the corridors of all floors, the air conditioning did not work. Good breakfast, above average price for the services offered.

Hotel that lives a little of the old glories ... former 4 stars, as can be seen from the sign where the fourth star was covered with adhesive tape 🤦🏻♂️. Dusty room and bathroom to be absolutely redone. It would be time to put a heavy hand on it. At the moment even the 3 stars are at the limit.

Struttura non nuova ma ancora funzionale. La camera era grande e con tutti i confort. Segnalo solo il condizionatore rumoroso tanto da doverlo spegnere di notte. La colazione è stata molto buona con la presenza di ottima frutta di stagione. La posizione dell'hotel è abbastanza comoda per raggiungere le grotte di Frasassi (in circa 20'). Tutto sommato da consigliare.
