服務很差，保安和行李員都沒有，到前台問了才知道有室內停車場。因住客少，前台説不開自助早餐按人數一人一份，誰知道送上來的小菜少的可憐，一小碗小米粥清湯寡水，不能添加（圖片上是兩個人的量）。兩天房費1226元，酒店省錢省到這個份兒也是無語了。住了兩晚，最後一天早上問服務員要兩瓶礦泉水服務員直接表示今天退房不給。

總體令人滿意的酒店 在北極村中心位置 出酒店步行2-3分鐘就是最北郵局
酒店外觀在村裡屬於非常氣派的 我們預訂的套房 在節假日屬於性價比很高 loft房型 2張大床 可住4人
床品乾淨整潔
前台服務也不錯 挺熱情的
早餐基本都是炒菜類的 品種不少能管飽 不能要求過高 沒有西式的麪包黃油和美式

北極村裡麪的酒店 環境不錯 大堂很暖和 停車場很大 門口吃飯很方便 就行七星廣場邊上 房間很大 很寬敞 在洗臉池和淋浴間分別放了香皂 很周到
由於房間很大 床離電視很遠 看電視有點費勁 北側房間樓下像是一片工地 總有人走來走去 感覺很不安全也很吵 房間隔音不好 樓道一點聲音房間聽的都很清楚
早餐種類很少 都是炒菜 雞蛋都沒有 而且座位不多
退房時候居然還要等查房 樓層服務員有點慢 等了一會兒 總體價位對比入住體驗 性價比不算高

高級酒店 當地首富開的酒店，住的很有我們東莞酒店感覺，富麗堂皇。當地最好的酒店旁邊就是北極村廣場，對面黑龍江。這家店對面的飯店推薦下

小鎮不大，索金酒店位置不錯，硬件設施很好，衞生間乾淨舒適。窗前可以看落日美景，北極村是個挺有意思的地方。

進景區説提前二十分鐘報備就可以，結果到了景區人説酒店不讓接不讓進，又打電話等了二十幾分鍾才有人來接，旁邊住農家樂都有人提前接，我感覺這號稱四星的酒店服務不如農家樂，進酒店辦理入住也是，攜程上給的一米五大床家庭複式，結果安排的是一米五，再去前台理論才給換了，房間設施一般，入住體驗沒有四星級的感覺。
