酒店挺新的，房間也乾淨，智能化。配套設施不夠完善，温泉也不能用，距離鎮上有2公里。因為自駕車不能進來，衹能坐觀光車，離觀光車站點也有800米，還得等車，很不方便。不得不吐槽早餐，作為景區內唯一一個四星級酒店，早餐太差了，我就喝了杯牛奶加兩個雞蛋，本來還盛了碗蛋炒飯，吃了兩口，真的難吃。希望酒店方面重視起來，別讓遊客失望！

這樣規格的酒店，衹提供2瓶水。打電話要求送水，水送到，卻告知可以放水龍頭的水燒着喝，培訓不夠。房門安全鏈搭扣裝反，完全不起作用。這一點體現酒店管理不到位。大堂客人隨便抽煙，烏煙瘴氣。

房間有點小，然後還給安排在窗户外是堵牆，還給安排在一摟，然後對面房間入住的小朋友一直大聲喧嘩，家長也不管，給前台打了好幾次電話也不處理，早餐也是對付，感覺不值這個價格。

村子很大，不能開車進去挺不方便的。酒店位於村子北部環境很好，就是離村中心比較遠。早餐太過簡單，房間硬件設施還是可以的。

酒店規模大房間多，歐式風格裝修氣派。房間整潔乾淨，開業不久設施設備都較新。景區門口不讓私家車進入，有觀光車送到酒店，大約十分鐘車程。晚上週圍很安靜。早餐一般。
