For a hotel of this size, only 2 bottles of water are provided. I called to request water, and when it was delivered, I was told that I could boil the tap water to drink. The training was not enough. The door safety chain buckle was installed upside down and did not work at all. This reflects the hotel's inadequate management. Guests smoked freely in the lobby, which was full of smoke.

The room is a bit small, and there is a wall outside the window. It is also arranged on the first floor. The children staying in the opposite room are always making loud noises, and the parents don't care. I called the front desk several times but they didn't deal with it. The breakfast is also perfunctory. I feel it is not worth the price.

The village is very big and it is inconvenient not to be able to drive in. The hotel is located in the north of the village with a good environment, but it is far from the center of the village. The breakfast is too simple, but the hardware facilities in the room are still OK.

The hotel is large in size and has many rooms. It is decorated in a European style. The rooms are clean and tidy. The facilities and equipment are relatively new as it has just opened. Private cars are not allowed to enter the scenic area. There is a sightseeing bus to the hotel, which is about ten minutes' drive away. It is very quiet around at night. The breakfast is average.

Needless to say, in the north, the room must be warm. The hot spring in this hotel may be the most northern outdoor hot spring.

The hotel is luxurious, quiet and comfortable. Although it is in the Arctic Village, away from the hustle and bustle, it is far from the Seven Star Square in the center of the Arctic Village. Fortunately, the Arctic Village Tourism Management Service is in place, and there are battery cars to pick you up every time you go out.

The environment is pretty good, and it can be compared with old hotels in various places. Although the price-performance ratio is not very high, it can be regarded as one of the best hotels in Mohe. The overall experience is above the passing line. The only inconvenience is that you need to call the front desk in advance to open the door when entering and exiting the parking lot.

I went there to soak in the hot springs but they closed it! They said it was a malfunction! Thank you! It's the farthest away, the facilities are average, and there are a lot of mosquitoes! There's nothing to eat, it's completely empty, and no one lives there. The security guard is pretty nice,

The hotel is five-star in terms of hardware facilities, but the service is terrible! It feels worse than the state-owned hotels in the 1980s. The breakfast is especially bad. There is no meat in the bell pepper fried meat, no shredded pork in celery, and almost no eggs in the scrambled eggs with tomatoes. The waiters are rude and have no smiles, as if someone owes them something. They post "big-character posters" all over the world, fearing that the tourists who come to eat are "sneaky". My evaluation is very real and objective. If this hotel wants to have a better reputation, there must be enough improvements from the hotel management to the training of service staff.
