We are 100% off the grid with solar and a well. You’d never know it though as our cabins have everything from a stove top, microwave, fridge, hi sped internet, big screen TVs and video games. Feel free to make a camp fire in front or feed the animals out back. Grabs some fresh eggs 🍳 for breakfast! We are a cattle family who homesteaded the Arizona Strip. Our place has horses, cats, dogs, chickens, roosters, goats and cattle. We are completely off the grid. Our water is off a well and our electricity is solar. The rooster crows in the morning. The water can sometimes have a unique odor but is clean and safe and we provide free water bottles. We don’t see them often but there are snakes (mostly blow snakes but rattle snakes are native, scorpions (non poisonous) coyotes and other critters from time to time . If you like petting and feeding the ranch animals please feel free to offer a hand. We are 5,000 feet in elevation and experience all seasons. We are 15 minutes away from the coral pink sand dunes. Favorite Part of my Kid’s Trip My child became enamored with the farm animals and made me swear that we will return. Plus it was such a bonus to have the free, fresh eggs. The cabin was more than well equipped, there was even a toaster and blender. The beds were comfy. Overall great stay. If you book make sure to download or screen shot the address/directions, door code, and WiFi password before you arrive because you will have no cell service. I didn’t have a hard time finding the location and it was as described.

Your Own Private Petting Zoo Beautiful unit on the road less traveled, with the friendliest animals you’ve ever met right outside. The constellations appeared closer than anywhere ever seen. It was perfect in every way.

Cute little place The place was cute and in a good location. The cabin was cute with a comfortable bed. The animals on the property are super friendly. The two downsides was the heating was able heat up the whole place and the hot water smelled really bad our whole visit. Over all okay.

Fun place to stay We had a wonderful time. Fed the animals, and met the caretaker. Great place to stay within driving distance of Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon.
