We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of November and it was very nice accommodations and friendly staff however when leaving I noticed my bose earpods were missing in my room and Ozempic was missing in my brothers room. When I called they said they didn't find them however They were kept in the beside drawer with my glasses case and a few other miscellaneous items that were not used the whole time I was there.

Probably the best hotel in the area, but... The interior is not very well maintained, lots of small cracks, scratches, minor broken things that you don't expect in a 4 star hotel. It's a pity that probably customers have little respect for the place and the staff cannot manage so many issues. The staff is slow, everything takes o lot of time. The beach is public, not very clean probably because is very popular with the locals day and night in the summer. It's also difficult to get to the hotel in the evening, crowds of people, streets closed for cars until 3 in the morning. Best thing about the hotel : the pool and the sea views. The pool is excellent, big, deep, extremely clean all day long. The SPA is well managed and rhe services are very good( pricey but worth it)

Aging hotel - cleanliness needs to be reviewed - shower clogged with hair - half-clogged toilet - as for the pool deckchairs it is better not to talk about them as the cushions are dirty and not cleaned - last thing wifi very very slow. Lots of things to review even at reception: you ask for information, you are told that there is internet...

We stayed a week in this hotel and I have to say that we had a great time. The staff and the cleaning ladies are really kind and helpful. However, there are some things that could be improved, for example, there were often no towels in the room and the Wi-Fi was very poor anywhere. The pool is nice but you have to take a deckchair early in the morning otherwise you won't find a free one because in addition to the hotel guests it also hosts people from outside, I don't recommend consuming at the pool bar because they are very slow, it costs a lot and it is not quality. The last negative note is that the pool closes at 7pm. Positive notes: the technogym, the cleanliness, the location on the seafront, the parking and the breakfast which although not very rich is good but despite finishing at 11am at 10.30 they already take everything away and in any case I recommend arriving before ten because otherwise you won't find anything left in the buffet.

A well located hotel near the beach. The building is relatively new with a modern design. The room decorated in light colors with a comfortable bed to sleep well. If you need to cool drinks, a refrigerator is at your disposal. a balcony with a view of mother, you can see the beach and the ocean. A very peaceful place to relax and enjoy the sun. Wifi is free and worked well in the room. It is a good choice if you choose to stay near Casablanca.

We booked an executive room with sea view. The room is spacious and well equipped. The bedding is excellent. Too bad the duvet is too warm. We enjoyed a nice fruit and pastries platter in the room. Overall good cleanliness. The breakfast is ok. The staff are friendly and professional. In summary, a good value for money for this hotel which is one of the best in Mohammedia.
