We stayed at the Milagros Golf for four nights (two rooms half pension) and the hotel has a great and quiet location (fantastic sea views). Ask for a sea view room on the first floor as they come with a great terrace. The rooms and bathrooms are clean but lacking attention to details (very few amenities). One mini tube of “Shampoo Shower Gel” per person is definitely not enough and there are not enough towels in the bathroom. Slippers will be welcome to go to the spa together with a bathrobe but it was also not available . Finally, the bed linen was not changed during the stay. As far as the restaurant is concerned, we had a different menu everyday for diner and the selection/quality was fantastic. The staff in the restaurant was always very welcoming and very helpful, fast and very efficient. Finally the pool area is nice and quiet but some update is urgently needed (especially the blue flooring in the entrance and also the steam room).

We loved this hotel facing the water in Mogro. It was very comfortable with a fabulous accessible shower. We stayed 3 nights and ate in the restaurant each night, we tried various dishes and mostly we enjoyed the food, we made a couple of choices that we weren’t so keen on but that’s our fault, the food was of good quality. The staff were all very friendly polite and courteous and were patient with our lack of Spanish. Good puddings especially the chocolate coulant , can recommend that. This was a great base to explore the local area and to visit Santander. We would return if we come back to this area, which we are already discussing.

We stayed for one night whilst walking the Camino Norte. Our room was spacious and had a balcony over looking the beach. After a long days walking we particularly enjoyed the use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was excellent. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice.

Un auténtico robo el precio de las consumiciones en la cafetería... Un café con leche 2,60€, un trina de manzana 3,50€ y para colmo la caña encima de cara muy mal tirada. Para la próxima engañareis a los de fuera pero no a los vecinos. No volveremos.

Atención perfecto Instalaciones muy bien,como todo mejorable Restaurante,comida bien,dos comidas. Cena y dos desayuno ok Torrija divina La única "pega"el cachopo con queso polvo encima hace que resulte más seco,pierde jugosidad Pero aun así es buen cocinero-restaurante,yo repetiría y soy algo raro Precio restaurante y desayuno justo El spa bien. Es para repetir,lo malo que tiene es que no hay nada de nada en los alrededores, solo playa Pero para un par de días o para una semana de sol playa está perfecto

Los días en los que nos alojamos eran días de mucho frío, pero no es excusa para pasar frío en la habitación del hotel. La calefacción funcionaba pero no lo suficiente. En el Spa todavía peor, mucho frío, el agua fría y el baño turco olía a pintura. Mala experiencia.

Estuvimos una semana entera con mi mujer y mi hija, lo primero en resaltar la gran atención y empatía por parte de todo y digo todo el personal del hotel. Muy buena atención en recepción, debido a la época del año el Spa estaba practicamente vacio, muy limpio y el agua calentita. Las habitaciones muy correctas. Teníamos media pensión y nos quedabamos a cenar, la cena espectacular, cada noche nos presentaban una carta con tres primeros y tres segundos con bebida y postre incluido, teníamos dificultados en saber que escoger, porque estaba todo buenísimo. Gracias xef por tu sabiduria en la cocina, lo disfrutamos de muerte. Por poner un pero, simplemente nos faltó una sala con gimnasio. La situación es muy buena, a 20 minutos de Santander y de todos los rincones que quisimos visitar. Volveremos sin ninguna duda. Solo terminar dando las gracia a todos por hacernos pasar una estancia maravillosa. GRACIAS

Points positifs : la localisation et vue de la terrasse de notre chambre. Personnel de réception agréable, petit déjeuner copieux. Chambre et salle de bains à l’ancienne et literie à minima. Spa pour 8 à 10 personnes maxi : 2 jets, 2 lits à bouillon, 1 jacuzzi et 1 bain turc. Pas de personnel au spa donc aucun contrôle : des personnes sans bonnet comme il est demandé. Par mesure d’hygiène, les chaussures devraient être laissées à l’entrée. Pas de peignoir, que des serviettes à louer à la réception. Le restaurant se trouve au milieu de la cafétéria. Pas de menu particulier pour le restaurant, on ne sait donc pas qui peut manger sur de belle nappes blanches avec serviettes en tissu ou rester sur des tables basiques qui ne sont d’ailleurs pas desservies par le personnel… Une organisation de l’hôtel à déplorer : pendant notre petit déjeuner et suite au départ d’un car de touristes, 2 employés n’ont pas arrêté de transporter tables et chaises en les faisant glisser par terre. Nous n’étions que 3 tables mais on ne s’entendait pas…Nous avons assisté pendant une demi-heure à un déménagement de salle à manger ! N’était ce pas possible d’attendre que les 3 clients de l’hôtel aient fini leur petit déjeuner ? En conclusion, un hôtel qui ne mérite vraiment pas ses 4 étoiles.
