Que excelência de serviço! Fiquei praticamente 1 mês hospedado no hotel e em todos os momentos sem excessão fui muito bem acomodado em tudo. Equipe muito bem preparada para a recepção dos hóspedes em todas as frentes (recepção, restaurante, limpeza, manutenção e etc). Deixo aqui meus agradecimentos para Yasmin, Barbara, Vanessa, Karina, Lizandra, Monica, Júlia, Gi que eu pude ter um contato maravilhoso nesse tempo e para todos os outros profissionais excelentes que o Comfort possui. Hotel maravilhoso, atendimento maravilhoso. Funcionários atenciosos, principalmente a da cozinha, a Valda. Quartos muito limpos e organizados, instalações ótimas. Boa localização. Única coisa é que poderia ter bebidas no frigobar, pra facilitar.

Me hospedei no Comfort hotel e adorei.Eu e meu marido amamos e nossos amigos tbm.Tudo maravilhoso, a limpeza,o café, a cama,o chuveiro . Não tenho de que reclamar.A recepcionista Lisandra linda mais parecia uma boneca com seu batom vermelho.Um amor de pessoa.

O quarto não estava pronto no momento do check in. Aguardamos por 40 minutos até que resolveram dar outro quarto. Neste outro quarto o ar condicionado não estava funcionando. Lamentável esta experiência. Notamos que o pessoal da recepção não conseguia resolver, marca Comfort muito ruim

Os quartos são bons, mas ficamos em um bem barulhento - banheiro com silicone velho, com muita sujeira Piscina impossível de entrar, água extremamente gelada, minha filha entrou e saiu com os lábios roxos - Sauna não funcionava, ou seja, paguei pela estrutura e nada disponível - café da manhã ok , poucas opções e variedades
