Reception closes evening time not reopen until morning, but they turn off the lights in that area which is the route from the dining room to the bedrooms. It also contains a step which cannot be seen in the dark. Having a bad fall off this step which I was informed by staff has had some previous BAD accidents, Destroyed my holiday, ended on crutches and a boot and was not allowed work for 2 weeks. Travelling to Germany with 20+ years I’ve never received such terrible response from an establishment who market themselves as “happy moments”. Written to the owners as I didn’t want to review it without contacting them. Did this twice, Not got a response. This shows customers are not important all they want is the money. To add insult to injury they removed the cost of the breakfast off the bill.

Uns als Paar hat der 4-tägige Aufenthalt in Wellings "Linde“ sehr gut gefallen. Der Vorabkontakt mit Frau Baumanns war außergewöhnlich freundlich und kompetent. Das gesamte Anwesen ist von sehr viel Geschmack geprägt. Die alten Gebäude verspielt romantisch, der neuere Teil klar und modern. Alles außerordentlich wertig. Unser Kreativ-Zimmer lag im 1.Stock mit Nachmittagssonne auf dem Balkon und viel „Grün“ im Blick. Wir fanden einen wunderschönen ruhigen Sauna-und Wellnessbereich im KG sowie einen recht kleinen Sportraum vor. In 2 Minuten ist man fussläufig im angrenzenden weitläufigen Jungbornpark welcher sich romantisch, beidseits des Mörsbachs erstreckt und zu schönen Spaziergängen einlädt. In unserem Arrangement war neben dem täglichen, sehr leckeren Frühstück, welches in den kuschligen "alten Stuben" oder im sonnenbeschienenen Innenhof eingenommen werden konnte, 1x ein abendliches 6-Gang-Menü enthalten. Schöne Stunden in stilvollem Ambiente mit sehr freundlichen, jungen Servicekräften Leckere, für uns mengenmäßig zu üppige Speisenfolge ( empfinden andere Gäste evtl. anders 😉). Sehr schön für‘s Auge angerichtet, geschmacklich war nicht jeder Gang für uns (!) ein Highlight. Insgesamt möchten wir uns beim gesamten Team für die Hilfe zu einer wunderbar entspannenden Auszeit bedanken. Dafür werden wir sicher noch einmal die 250km Anreise auf uns nehmen.

Ein behagliches Romantikhotel mit sehr engagiertem und zugleich unaufdringlichem Personal und sehr wohnlich gestalteten Zimmern und einem angenehmen Wellnessbereich. Man findet sich super zurecht und wenn das Wetter schön ist, gibt es neben dem sehr guten Restaurant auch einen wunderschönen Biergarten.

Een familiehotel met ruime en schone kamers kamers en vriendelijke bediening. Het hotel ligt 10 min rijden van de Altstadt van Moers. De wellness in het hotel is uitstekend en zeer schoon . Het restaurant heeft een kwalitatief zeer goed menu met verse lokale producten. Parkeren kan in de ondergrondse parkeergarage of gratis voor de deur.

Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende im Hotel. Angereist sind wir mit 10 Personen, die sich außer der 2 Kinder alle vegan, 2 zusätzlich zuckerfrei, ernähren. Diese Sonderwünsche wurden von der Küche fantastisch umgesetzt. Hervorheben muss man den Service. Alle Menschen, die uns bedient haben, waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, persönlich und hilfsbereit. Hervorheben müssen wir Frau Auerhahn, deren Charme und Freundlichkeit nicht zu überbieten sind. Grundsätzlich ist das Schwimmbad sehr sehr klein, dass sollte man wissen.

Vormals gut und liebevoll Inhabergeführtes Hotel wird nun von der nächsten Generation eher pragmatisch weiter geführt Das Essen ist durchschnittlich und die Zimmer sind ok aber mehr auch nicht ,die Matratzen müssen dringend ersetzt werden Pr Eis Leistung stimmt nicht mehr Leider
