I stayed here with my wife and adult daughter for four nights. We found it very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is surrounded by woods and lakes. As well as dining in the hotel we tried several of the restaurants next door to the hotel and in Oisterwijk. There is plenty to see in the neighbourhood, such as Kasteel Nemelaer, where we enjoyed delicious hazelnut meringues or the Loonse and Drunense Duinen landscape, a large area of sand-dunes. The car park leaves a lot to be desired, but otherwise a most enjoyable break.

This is a lovely hotel - awesome reception, dining and relaxing areas - very luxurious! Service was excellent. Breakfast was tasty with good choices and plenty of seating. Parking was free and good amount of places. The room was a big let down. The good part was the comfy bed and the well set out wardrobe/cupboard areas for clothes and suitcases. The bad part was the bathroom - hair dryer head no longer stayed on, shower floor got super wet after shower (due to door only covering half of shower unit), shower heads were a bit useless for pressure, the bathroom was not clean and didn’t look like anyone had done it properly for a while (see photos). A big disappointment considering the rest of the hotel.

When staying at the hotel we couldn’t fault it. Children stay free if sharing a room, and we had booked to visit Efteling. We didn’t realise but our stay coincided with carnival, for this reason I think we were allocated a room at the back of the hotel (as I can imagine those front facing would be very noisy - there is a huge stage directly in front of the hotel at this time, as well as many food vans and outside bars etc - not that any of this worried us). So our room was on the 5th floor at the rear with a direct view of the multi story car park! (But we didn’t book for a view!). The room was well equipped with a comfy bed and a seperate shower and toilet. Everything was very clean. The only issue I would say regarding the rooms is that they were very dark so it was hard to see your items in the wardrobe. Not a big deal! The staff on reception were really helpful and chatty, and gave us lots of advice. It’s super easy to reach Efteling from here, we walked to the coach station (just by the train station) and there were regular buses. Again children travel free. You could walk to the station in about 10-15 mins. The shopping streets are very close to the hotel, and nice for a stroll - plenty of places to eat etc. we enjoyed backwerk bakery just a couple of shops down from the hotel, they did fresh smoothies and juices and lovely fresh sandwiches. Perfect for brunch/lunch. There is a Taco Bell next to the hotel! My son wanted to try it but we didn’t get chance! The issue for us came out check out, our flight wasn’t until the evening so we asked to use the secure luggage room for our case so we could enjoy our last day. We came back to the hotel to pick up our bag, and make our way to the airport. I was let in to the luggage room to get our case, but it had gone. The staff didn’t know what to do, apart from check and speak to other staff members. Eventually I asked to see the manager as we really needed to leave (fortunately we had been sensible and kept our passports and money etc on us). And I was asking for something in writing to say they had “lost” our case - as I didn’t feel comfortable just leaving with no proof (they also wanted to take the luggage receipts - I think because they wanted to figure out what had happened). The manager was “checking the CCTV” but upon our second request did come out and see us. She did apologise for the case going missing (after a long time!! More hearing about how strange this was?!?) and said if it “wasn’t found” they would replace it. At this point I was getting concerned about travelling home without any of our things, especially with my son, for example some warmer clothes, his switch!! I felt the customer service here was lacking, there was no gesture here - could they assist us getting to the airport for example - She did offer to go to the shop but by this point we were cutting it so fine to get to the airport / which we said to her! We have no time now! It was very disappointing a

We came here to stay with the opening of the hotel in 2018 and fell somewhat against mostly organizational (children's diseases) and unfinished spaces. Now 6 years later we are here for the second time during our weekend in Tilburg. We started in a smaller position when we called on a quite uninterested and business receptionist. We didn't feel very welcome. We got room 409 on the fourth floor. Very wide room with everything on and on. Wonderful bathroom with indoor shower and bedroom. All was very clean. Fantastic beds and kitchens. Large flat screen, ice cream, coffee and tea facilities. Wel 2 mins: no water available on the room and the Nespresso was defect. Fortunately there is a small self-service in the entrance hall where you can buy everything. What a beautiful hotel is this. Very comfortable furnished and so super quiet. We have not used the wellness, we have just gone to look at the seventh floor and all looks fine, and during our first visit these spaces were not yet completed. We also, after reading the many magazines, have chosen to eat in Tilburg itself wisely, and the breakfast was of good quality and the tables were cleaned this time in time. Our t**** stay was a little more positive than our first visit and it will certainly make us return to this hotel once we are near. Tip: a Nespresso machine is waiting for a maintenance round at room 409 (not going well) and do something to your reception team's friendliness because they are the first face of a hotel. Very nice hotel and staff

Location: near Einhoven Airport, 1 bus stop, nearby office buildings including ASML, bus to Einhoven city center takes about half an hour Service: There are not many front desk staff, only one, but it is still helpful, the waiter service in the restaurant is polite and kind, worthy of praise Facilities: There is a gym room on the 1st floor, and there is a canteen on the ground floor where you can buy daily necessities and snacks

The hotel is located in the centre of the city, making it easy to discover this beautiful city. You can also lose your car in the parking garage opposite the hotel for a more price. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people. We experienced the bed and kiss as comfortable. Some of the no minpoints are: - The box had only a hang and no plates to put your folded clothing on. - The room had no balcony, only a window that could only open on the kissing stand - The view from the room was not great, we looked at the parking garage Despite these weaknesses, we have enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was extensive, there's some good things between them, everything was fresh and it looked pretty. I am also very pleased to say that the Commission has not been able to make a proposal for a directive on the protection of the environment in the Community. In general, this hotel is a recommendation if you look for a room near the city!
