Hotel Alle Alpi

We decided to spend the ski week again in Val di Fassa, but unfortunately we chose this structure. The previous year we stayed at the Olympic Spa Hotel in Vigo. Two facilities, both with spas and both recognized as a 4 star, Olympic a 4 star plus and that plus really makes the difference. The room assigned to us was rather small in space but adequate, but it was a shame that it was on the first floor above the bar. Of course you only find out when you're there. Sleep disturbed by evening village-style entertainment activities (karaoke, "cabaret" skits, quizzes, etc.), either you are a heavy sleeper or you bring earplugs otherwise you could participate directly from your room. I work all year round, I should be able to decide whether to participate in these activities or whether I prefer to rest. Double bed, not a double bed, two paired mattresses, hard other than toppers, a better quality mattress would be enough. Spa service: limited by timetables, from 2.30pm and by reservation, swimming pool accessible in the morning only by reservation, cold water for which you can't. The hydromassage is in one part of the pool, if you are claustrophobic don't go there because you are under the platform that holds a platform, see photo. Massage service, I asked for the types but essentially there is no price list, two massages done, the operator did her best on a narrow and short bed, in short the arms dangling because it is so narrow that it cannot be done better. I'm 1.75 and my feet were on the outside. Catering service: kind in the room. Breakfast not bad but nothing exciting, salmon once in 7 days, they put some cheeses with local indications but then they don't tell you what you are choosing. Dinner is a roast suckling pig with soft rind, not roasted, lamb chops with blood on the bone... you can do better. Afternoon snack I attach photos... This hotel in Trentino has only the facade, under corporate management since 2023 and unfortunately it shows. Run by Romans with mostly Roman customers. The structure has its age and you can see it for example when you take a shower, bathroom flooded and water at the bar downstairs. The Trentino atmosphere is not about serving speck in the morning and much more. You can't even make yourself a herbal tea in the room, the kettle seems like a suite service... Price for a week: 3000 eur.

Ho trascorso 3 giorni in questo splendido hotel in compagnia di mio figlio in occasione del ritiro del Genoa. Che dire,tutto meraviglioso. A partire dalla spa,piccola ma completa di tutto,pulita ed in ordine. Lo staff dell' albergo sempre molto gentile. Menzione a parte merita il Ristorante. Davvero il fiore all 'occhiello. È stata un esperienza gastronomica continua. Non hanno sbagliato un colpo a partire dal Meitre per finire al cameriere Alessio davvero gentile ed accogliente. Complimenti sincere a tutti e mille grazie!

Bella struttura, piccola ma ben attrezzata con Spa graziosa, a pochi passi dal centro offre un ottimo servizio di ristorazione curato e vario e per gli sciatori un servizio navetta che ti permette di lasciare la macchina in parcheggio. Il personale dalla reception, alla sala, alla Spa cortese e sempre disponibile, c'è poi il "ciclone" Rossana che si occupa di animazione sulle piste da sci o sulle escursioni da fare e la sera dopo cena insieme a Rocco allieta la serata.

Scrivere una recensione per una vacanza indimenticabile e perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista è molto semplice: l' hotel che conosco e frequento da quando sono bambina, è meraviglioso, e a due passi dal centro di Moena. Arrivati a Vigo di Fassa, Florin ci è venuto a prendere con il pulmino dell' albergo e ci ha accolti con professionalità e gentilezza continuata nei giorni seguenti , sempre disponibile ad accompagnarci alla base degli impianti sciistici e poi riprenderci il pomeriggio per riportarci in albergo. Arrivati in hotel, alla reception siamo stati accolti da Gianni veramente gentile, sorridente e sempre molto attento ad ogni necessità. Ristorante e camerieri/e eccezionali sia per per la qualità e la scelta dei cibi sia per la professionalità, gentilezza, simpatia e ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Chef e sous chef assolutamente impeccabili: ogni giorno menù vari e di qualità eccellente. Stanze pulitissime, dotate di ogni confort. Monia e Clarissa responsabili della SPA sono state sempre meravigliose e hanno reso i pomeriggi rilassanti con i loro massaggi e trattamenti eseguiti con passione e abilità. Un grande ringraziamento a Rossana, accompagnatrice e organizzatrice delle attività e gite giornaliere, Rocco animatore serale insieme a Rossana e la sorridente e simpaticissima Carmela, responsabile del bar!!! Grazie grazie a tutti ( spero di non aver dimenticato nessuno) per aver reso ancora una volta la vacanza meravigliosa e ci vediamo il prossimo anno.....o forse prima!
