Hotel Alle Alpi

We decided to spend the ski week again in Val di Fassa, but unfortunately we chose this structure. The previous year we stayed at the Olympic Spa Hotel in Vigo. Two facilities, both with spas and both recognized as a 4 star, Olympic a 4 star plus and that plus really makes the difference. The room assigned to us was rather small in space but adequate, but it was a shame that it was on the first floor above the bar. Of course you only find out when you're there. Sleep disturbed by evening village-style entertainment activities (karaoke, "cabaret" skits, quizzes, etc.), either you are a heavy sleeper or you bring earplugs otherwise you could participate directly from your room. I work all year round, I should be able to decide whether to participate in these activities or whether I prefer to rest. Double bed, not a double bed, two paired mattresses, hard other than toppers, a better quality mattress would be enough. Spa service: limited by timetables, from 2.30pm and by reservation, swimming pool accessible in the morning only by reservation, cold water for which you can't. The hydromassage is in one part of the pool, if you are claustrophobic don't go there because you are under the platform that holds a platform, see photo. Massage service, I asked for the types but essentially there is no price list, two massages done, the operator did her best on a narrow and short bed, in short the arms dangling because it is so narrow that it cannot be done better. I'm 1.75 and my feet were on the outside. Catering service: kind in the room. Breakfast not bad but nothing exciting, salmon once in 7 days, they put some cheeses with local indications but then they don't tell you what you are choosing. Dinner is a roast suckling pig with soft rind, not roasted, lamb chops with blood on the bone... you can do better. Afternoon snack I attach photos... This hotel in Trentino has only the facade, under corporate management since 2023 and unfortunately it shows. Run by Romans with mostly Roman customers. The structure has its age and you can see it for example when you take a shower, bathroom flooded and water at the bar downstairs. The Trentino atmosphere is not about serving speck in the morning and much more. You can't even make yourself a herbal tea in the room, the kettle seems like a suite service... Price for a week: 3000 eur.

Sono stata nell'hotel "Alle Alpi" nella seconda settimana di Gennaio 2025 con i miei genitori, che sono clienti dell'hotel da tanti anni e di cui mi hanno parlato sempre benissimo. Finalmente quest'anno ho potuto capire anche io perché! La vera forza di questo posto, accanto all'indiscutibile bellezza della struttura e tutti i confort che offre, è la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff che lo anima. Ci tengo a menzionare chi in particolare ha contribuito a rendere più "calda" questa vacanza. All'accoglienza alla reception tutti sorridenti ma sempre pronti e professionali, specialmente Gianni. Le ragazze del centro benessere, Monia e Clarissa, fanno sì che la spa sia sempre pulita e ordinata, regalando un'esperienza di relax unica; un grazie speciale a Clarissa che con il suo bellissimo massaggio mi ha permesso di lasciarmi alle spalle tutto lo stress. A iniziare e concludere tutte le giornate, la pazienza e la gentilezza di Florin, che ci ha portati a sciare adattandosi a tutte le nostre esigenze. E a proposito di sci, dopo una lunga e faticosa giornata, niente di meglio che una buonissima merenda preparata con amore dalla simpatica e affettuosa Carmela, responsabile del bar. Le gite e l'animazione un gran successo grazie alla passione della talentuosa Rossana. Infine, la vera ciliegina sulla torta di questa vacanza: il cibo. Deliziose cenette, ogni sera diverse e per qualsiasi gusto. Il tutto accompagnato dalla professionalità e dalla gentilezza del personale di sala, dalla maitre Ana a tutti i camerieri, in particolare la dolcissima Noemi. Un grazie di cuore proprio a tutti, ci vediamo l'anno prossimo!

Siamo stati molto bene. Tutto lo staff molto gentile. Grazie a Rossana che con allegria la mattina ci accompagnava in giro per le piste da sci La sera animazione top sempre con Rossana e Rocco super star!! Rossana e Rocco sono stati il valore aggiunto alla nostra vacanza, Spero di ritornare anche l 'anno prossimo

Ho trascorso 3 giorni in questo splendido hotel in compagnia di mio figlio in occasione del ritiro del Genoa. Che dire,tutto meraviglioso. A partire dalla spa,piccola ma completa di tutto,pulita ed in ordine. Lo staff dell' albergo sempre molto gentile. Menzione a parte merita il Ristorante. Davvero il fiore all 'occhiello. È stata un esperienza gastronomica continua. Non hanno sbagliato un colpo a partire dal Meitre per finire al cameriere Alessio davvero gentile ed accogliente. Complimenti sincere a tutti e mille grazie!
