街の中心からは意外と離れていて歩いて行くのは難しいです。お気をつけください。
ですが、小さな庭や畑もあり、ゆったりした気分になれます。朝食もとても豪華で色々なおかし、タルト、搾りたてのフルーツジュースなど用意してくださいます。
ゆっくりするにはとても良いB&Bです。

We had a good overall experience at this B&B. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was great with a good variety, and parking was easy and convenient.
Just a note—there’s no pool or tennis court on site. They do have a partnership with the local sports centre, but you’ll need to drive there as well as to most places in the area. Our room was clean and nicely decorated, but a bit too small for three people.
The staff made up for it with their warm hospitality and great local recommendations. Would recommend if you’re looking for a clean and friendly place to stay!

La piccola locanda è un b&b circondato da un bel giardino. Avevamo chiesto una camera matrimoniale ma c era la disponibilità di una tripla che per la verità era un po' piccolina, infatti abbiamo dovuto chiedere alla signora di portare via una sedia perché avevamo paura di inciampare specialmente la notte. Comunque sia la camera che il bagno erano pulitissime e arredate con ottimo gusto. Variegata e abbondante la colazione. Il parcheggio all'interno del b&b un po' scomodo. Gentilissima e disponibile la proprietaria che ci ha dato vari suggerimenti su dove cenare e come muoverci a Modica. Il prezzo più che accettabile. Un b&b da consigliare sicuramente

Camera piccola ma dotata di tutti i comfort. Colazione eccezionale con marmellate e dolci fatti in casa squisiti Presente anche il salato. Proprietaria gentilissima. Posizione strategica se non si vuole immergersi in Modica centro, dista circa 5 minuti da Modica centro. Parcheggio disponibile.

Deze B&B is een villa waarbij aan de achterkant 4 kamers zijn met eigen ingang en een ontbijtruimte. We hadden een ruime, nette en schone kamer- en badkamer. ‘s Ochtends een uitgebreid ontbijt en een zeer gastvrij service. Parkeren kan op eigen terrein (gratis) maar voor maximaal 2 tot 3 auto’s afhankelijk van de grote. We hebben 1 nacht op straat geparkeerd waar ook voldoende ruimte was. Al met al een mooi verblijf en zeker een aanrader in Modica.

Pessima esperienza
Sono stata contattata dalla proprietaria della struttura chiedendomi orario di arrivo in lo poiché lei era affetta da influenza. Ho chiesto ripetutamente se la struttura fosse un hotel e avesse del personale poiché non comprendevo cosa potesse significare che lei avesse l'influenza. Mi è stato garantito fosse un hotel. Nonostante questo sono stata chiamata alle 22 in maniera indispettita per sollecitare l arrivo. La mattina nessuno era presente per il servizio della colazione in quanto la signora era malata. Ho fatto una pessima figura con il professionista che ho inviato alla struttura e per questo credo di non utilizzare mai più questo servizio.
