First of all when you got there with the lokal bus you had to walk 15mins around the parking lot to get into the statio (maybe its where our bus(51)stopped🤷🏾‍♀️. When well in the station, someone pointed out the small busses to Alanya,to buy the ticket which we never got a receipt for..just a hand written peice of paper(see photos attached). We specifically asked if the bus is direct..he answered yes(ofcourse he lied). Instead of 2hrs,30mins it took 3hrs,15mins, the driver drove 30mph for the first 45mins, picking up travellers along the way. On our way back to Antalya, we decided to buy tickets for the larger bus...(Alanyalila busline) the desk clerk was dreary and rude, bothered by the question of if the bus is direkt or is it going to stop alot? so he answered(2,30)Antalya...and let of a ugly Sigh, 2mins after we got our tickets and asked which bus, he didn't answer, and we got the 3 seats in the back row(36,37,38) which had no seatbelts, none working screens, and no charger unlike the other seats...when the bus left the station we were 10persons onboard. 12(pick-up)stops and 2hrs later, we weren't halfway towards Antalya, the bus practically full except for around 10 seats available. So...! Disappointing 😡
