離Modena車站步行幾分鐘，酒店是loft形式的，有很多大學生住在這裏。酒店很乾凈，還有免費的飲料喝。負一樓的設施很豐富，感覺是給大學生自由使用的人，有開放式廚房、桌遊室、電影室、健身房、洗衣房。讓人感覺回到了大學時代，感覺真好！
唯一不足的就是早餐是極其簡單的。

前台小姐姐人超級熱情貼心，房間很大很乾凈，早餐也還比較豐盛。有公共的廚房，洗衣房，桌球桌，影音室，健身房等等，公區設施有點像青旅，但房間比青旅更大更舒適。聽前台小姐姐介紹説這裏大部分房間是租給本地學生的宿舍房，衹有少部分是酒店，我是第一次住這樣類型的酒店，總之是一次超出預期的體驗。
