Was not what we were expecting. The room was small, bed was not comfortable, the flooring in our room was missing planks. Our room was on the front of the hotel, so our room was very loud with the road so close and the hospital across the street. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was basic hotel spread. No AC and no screens on windows, so we had to choose between being hot, bugs and noise.

The hotel has a bit of a mosquito problem..The hotel is charming & Staff are very nice but lots of mosquitoes making a good nights sleep a challenge! The location from the main square is not a long walk al all. Well connected by bus too. B&b hotels round the corner was perfectly fine.

The hotel has undergone a partial renovation. The hall is in fact modern and functional, the rooms still need to be modernised. They still have carpet even in the corridors and are a little dated. The management is young and to amortize the costs they are slowly renovating the entire structure. The rooms are quiet, clean, a little small but functional. Opposite is the hospital but it has never caused us problems with noise or sirens or anything else. It has about ten parking spaces and others are available nearby for free. The center is a good 15 minutes away on foot, but I must say that the prices are lower than other more central structures. Breakfast needs improvement, definitely not memorable. Advised.

Hotel ristrutturato da poco Tutti i comfort e pulizia eccellente. I ragazzi che ci lavorano sono tutti gentili e impossibile non diventarci amico! Posizione ottima e colazione ottima. Torno sempre molto volentieri appena ho impegni di lavoro a Modena! Parcheggio privato di fronte alla struttura e molti ristoranti vicini senza dover prendere l’auto Un grazie ad Antonio, Fabio, Fede e Francesco! A presto!

Reception e hall molto carini e ben tenuti. L'ascensore, i piani e la camera che ho occupato (non so le altre) necessiterebbero di un poco più di manutenzione. In ogni caso le camere ed il bagno erano pulitissimi. Personale molto cordiale e gentile. Colazione ricca. La posizione é strategica, difronte il policlinico, a circa due chilometri dall' Hesperia Hospital e circa km 2 dal centro. Queste zone possono essere raggiunte con una bella passeggiata di circa 20-30 minuti al massimo (fatto in entrambe le direzioni) attraversando parchi e percorrendo piste ciclo-pedonali o chiamando un taxi (lavorano h24, impiegano circa 10 minuti per uno dei tragitti ed un costo di 10-11 euro). Una buona soluzione difronte al Policlinico ed a metà strada sia dal centro che dalla clinica H.O.

Ho alloggiato una notte, camera da letto accettabile, ma in bagno era pieno di muffa sulla parete e c’era un insetto. Cuscini scomodissimi, durante tutta la notte si sentivano molti rumori di porte che si aprivano e chiudevano rendendo il sonno impossibile. Colazione inclusa con pochissima scelta, ma accettabile. Niente di che per il prezzo che ha.

Hotel in ottima posizione con possibilità di parcheggio. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Camera pulita essenziale e ben organizzata, letti comodissimi, bagno piccolino ma pulito e con tutto. Ho apprezzato l'acqua gratis nel frigobar cosa non da poco. Personale gentile. Colazione varia e di buona qualità. Consigliato

L'esperienza e' stata positiva soprattuto per il personale che ci ha accolto nei migliori dei modi. Gentili, simpatici e "alla mano". Le camere sono datate ma pulite. Colazione nella norma. Posizione ottima con il centro citta'. Centro raggiungibile a piedi.

Buon alloggio, senza infamia e senza lode. Gli asciugamani sembrano datati dai buchi che avevano sul tessuto. Prezzo forse leggermente esoso per le camere e confort dei letti che offrono. Nella media. Il parcheggio è comodamente posto sotto l'albergo.
