"The beds are comfortable and you can sleep well. The hotel is located in a very nice area of the city. The hotel staff feels good. I think it's a good hotel."
"I needed a room for one night because I was attending a show in Downtown Mobile. After reading reviews and looking at the location (which was very close to the venue), I went with the Candlewood. It was very nice, especially for the cost. There was a mini kitchen in the room with a full sized refrigerator, two stove burner, a microwave, and a sink. The bathroom was ver nice and had a walk in shower with sliding glass doors. My room had a great view of downtown. Oh and the mattresses ..... oh my gosh! I was tempted to take the covers off to see the brand! They were so cozy and comfortable. Also, the staff was so great! Matthew is who I spoke to at the front desk and he was absolutely phenomenal! I will definitely be booking a room here again when I travel to Mobile. "
"Even though the place was under construction, the customer service was impeccable and the view from the room of downtown Mobile was very scenic, I would stay there again ! "
"This is a historic location and is very lovely. Unfortunately it sits near the interstate so it was not a quiet night of rest but wasn’t intolerable. The bed was very comfortable so I was able to sleep well in spite of the traffic noise. This is not a typical hotel…there is no lobby or room service so come prepared with your own snacks, drinks, etc. Don’t get me wrong…I loved staying there and will definitely be going back!"
"The house has a musty smell, don't believe the photo, the room is very small, it is the original horse room added two floors to the hotel! The house is very beautiful, the facilities are too old and there is no maintenance at all! At around 9 pm, I couldn't find the front desk person at the hotel! I called for 40 minutes and no one answered. Later, I found that there was a phone ringing in a house on the first floor. I knocked on the door and came out a dark-skinned girl, still in my sleep! After I checked in, I found that the hygiene was too bad, which caused my skin allergies. I changed the two beds and barely slept for one night. So everything will not hide the beauty of this house, the gorgeousness and splendor of this block once! Everything is so old, heartache this house!"

Great
최최When I feel that it is annoying to write a review, I am amazed at the infinite possibilities and performance of Tripcoin. The hotel is very satisfied.
HHinasatxIt is so convenience and clean. However, the laundry is not good. Because teaching machine did work, but dry machine is out of service. So, I should go coin laundry.
GGuest UserHigh cost performance, followed by a total stay in the United States, a chain of cost-effective hotels, often live, can be accepted, that is, a temporary stay, clean, simple breakfast but also can be full, with fruit and meat and juice is good.
CCrescenziStayed in town to attend mardi Gras ball. Hotels originality check to stay were sold out….worried was going to be disappointment since wasn’t one of first choices but was not at all ☺️…..Staff very friendly helpful even happily took some “great” photos for our group. Pleased with complementary breakfast had to offer(never know what “hotel breakfast” will mean sometimes lol)
GGuest UserUpon arrival, the lobby with the fireplace makes a very warm and pleasant impression.
The hotel room is very neat and very clean. Room is in pleasant, bright colors. Pictures complete the good first impression.
Some things make a very high-quality impression, for example the faucet in the bathroom. I missed a USB plug, which is more and more often placed in lamps or next to the bed to charge the cell phone.
The only, but big point of criticism was the breakfast. I looked for coffee cups in vain. I had to ask the staff twice until it was noticed that the disposable cups were used up. Coffee very good. The selection is not very large, comparably much less than in comparable hotels. The orange juice was very negative, probably a cheap product, also with an aftertaste. After it is now common, there are no hot, instead only ”warm” scrambled eggs. Only these were not even warm, in the spectrum between warm and cold rather cold to be counted and therefore hardly to be enjoyed.
Since the breakfast can not be rated separately, I have to think about what my rating should be. Because certainly hotel guests without breakfast are well accommodated here.
GGuest UserThe staff and the front desk are very respectful and helpful at times of needing anything they responded promptly and with a smile I will be staying with them again and I recommend it a good place to stay and rest breakfast and cleanliness.
GGuest UserI just did it.
Not as much as I thought. But I can sleep for one night.
Unfortunately, I'm sorry that there is no water in the refrigerator.
任任The environment is OK, it is cheap and good in this small town. It is the house that has been in the house for some years. If you are particularly fond of cleaning, you should carefully consider it.
DDevi Weems/Kenneth DuffieThis is the ABSOLUTE WORST possible hotel that I could have booked. I was told before check-in that my room had no television nor microwave. The night desk clerk told me that I could contact my booking company and would be given a refund despite the website said no refunds. Since I was going to be there for 3 days, I decided that 3 days without a television nor a microwave would be impossible, so I never checked in. It has taken over a week of being given the runaround to find out that the night desk clerk straight up lied. I did NOT get a refund --not even a partial refund. You can bet that NONE OF THE ROOMS HAVE ANYTHING ON THE AMENITIES LIST, CAUSE I SAW EVERYTHING IN THE OFFICE BEHIND THE DESK!!!! IF YOU BOOK HERE, YOU'RE AN *****!!! I'M WARNING YOU AHEAD OF TIME!!!!! I wish someone would have posted a review warning travelers about their experience, I NEVER would have taken the time that it took us to locate it, especially since they didn't even have a sign up, only a banner that you not only couldn't see, but couldn't have read if you COULD HAVE seen it, because it was all wadded up!!!!! TRAVELERS BEWARE:::: THIS HOTEL IS DEFINITELY NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO BE!!!!! STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN POSSIBLY GET FROM THIS ”CHAIN”!!!!!!!!!!
