Very convenient friendly staff check in/out was hassel free.

The property is in a rougher area and the manager was not willing to refund the charges, even when the room was booked with the understanding that there was a working pool

The upkeep of the property is nonexistent . The room I was in needs to be remodeled. My room had one wash cloth. When I went to the front desk to ask for another I was told they had no more wash cloths and I would be given more towels. The beds were not made, however they did replace the used towels but no replacement wash cloths

Horrible hotel. Should be shutdown. Horrible hotel. Room was dark, dingy, dirty, rusted electric wires and lamps, dangerous room access floor and stairs. No breakfast. Staff was helpless due to poor managment.

This was the worst experience of my life. This place was so dirty and rachet I could not stay. I canceled my reservation after seeing the room. There was a lady in line complaining that bedbugs were in her room. There was a man that had just checked in complaining there were no linens on the bed and wet towels on the floor of the room he just walked into. There were 3 people complaining that there were no towels in their room. Another lady complaining there were dead bugs in her tub. There were people hanging out of their rooms with the doors open. And the smell of ********* almost gave me a contact high. I left because I did not feel safe, the room conditons were deplorable and there was too many complaints by other customers while I was standing there.
