Karen and Carl were lovely hosts. We got stuck with a taxi and Carl ran us into town which super lovely of him! Breakfast was delicious and lots of options and our room was immaculate. Would 100% stay there again if we were in the area.

Karen & Karl made us immediately feel at home during our 5 night stay. The twin beds were comfortable and room/en suite very clean. Tasty breakfasts, we would definitely stay again if revisiting the area. Thank you for adding to our enjoyable holiday.

We stayed in the ground floor of the small cottage across the drive. Reasonable size bedroom with a very compact ensuite. Some hanging space in bedroom, and small fridge There is a garden at the rear for guests. Very noisy as large jets fly overhead on a frequent basis. Friendly owners and an enjoyable breakfast

Lovely place - very clean and modern. Room slightly on the small size but perfectly acceptable for a one night stay. Nice garden area to sit in . Parking a bonus. Would definitely stay again

An absolutely delightful stay for my wife, children and partners at Laburnum Cottage. Karen was a wonderful host and could not have made us feel more welcome. Spotlessly clean, lovely breakfast both mornings, and even an emergency supply of nail varnish as my daughter had forgotten hers. Everything a Guest House should be, and we will certainly revisit if ever in the Knutsford area again.

Brilliant place to stay . If only you could give places 5 Star Plus . Great hosts . Lovely comfy and clean accommodation. Great breakfast in the morning (I am a veggie ) with perfect poached eggs. Easy to book online. Good parking . Easy to find . Would happily return and definitely recommend people to stay if you need a base in the area .

This was our third stay at Laburnam Cottage Guest House and once again, we were very pleased with our stay. The hosts greeted us warmly and offered milk for tea straight away. The room was lovely with a huge King sized bed and a terrific shower. We slept so well ahead of our journey back to Canada. Breakfast was made to order and totally delicious! We love this guest house because the hosts are so welcoming. It is just a quick 25 minute drive to Manchester Airport and there is a super fantastic pub (The Bull's Head) just a mile away (very walkable). We'll be sure to stay when we are next in the area!
