At first we settled in the old building, there were ants and the room was not tired. We asked to change and they met us halfway. We are happy with the vacation.

Stayed one night before going shark and canyoning. The hotel is neat and clean. But!!! The location is not convenient, there is nothing around and you can only get to the center by bike or taxi.
Roosters crow under the windows all night, earplugs don't help. The air conditioner is set so that it will blow you out of bed.
There is a pool, but you are unlikely to want to swim in it.

Except for the crowing of chickens, the environment is quite quiet. It is about four kilometers away from the Sardine Storm dive site. The hotel has a dedicated car for free pick-up and drop-off. They also helped us book a car from the airport and a car to Obslob at a reasonable price.

i would like to express my heartful appreciation especially to the young man working at rufana suites named serge, he is excellent guy doing a very good job. very well appreciated and good customer service was delivered during my stay at moal. in general the place is soo clean and nice cosy place to stay. it is highly recommended for friends and family to have a good holiday there. Highly recommended to stay there

We had a good stay here. The best part was the friendly staff and the free flowing coffee and ice tea at the lobby. The breakfast was basic but good, and they even packed us toast for our 330 AM start for Oslob. The day tour suggestions for Snorkelling, Cayoneering and Oslob were very good, and we booked through the hotel. The rooms were quite clean. We had issues with the AC which kept turning off in the middle of the night, but did not bother to complain to the staff. It worked after a few tries. The cooling was just manageable despite the temperature setting at 16 deg C - likely the coolant needs replacement. Location wise it is bit away from city centre, but there is hotel shuttle and tricycles available round the clock. Overall a good stay, and highly recommended.

I'm a hotelier so everytime I booked and stay in a hotel , I always do check the whole room first, from the pillows and sheets bathroom etc. And I am very impressed with this place, its one of the cleanest hotel I've stayed on.. The bed is very comfortable ,the staffs are very welcoming and helpful; the hotel is in a quiet area far from the touristic part of town, they also serve a very good breakfast together with some fruits, their swimming pool is one of my favorite, the water is warm even it's already night time you can still enjoy it.
