"Overall, the hotel makes a very nice and clean impression.
However, there are clear weaknesses in the commercial processing. I booked and paid for the room via your platform.
After completing the booking, I received an email asking me to check in online. As part of the check-in process, I provided my credit card details.
Immediately after the online check-in, my credit card was charged with an amount of approx. 180.00 €.
This procedure initially seemed unusual to me, as the room had already been paid for and the hotel already knew my card details.
After checking in at the hotel, a further booking of €162.27 was charged to my card.
I informed the hotel reception about this and they assured me that these two reserved amounts would be released after check-out.
The first reserved amount was released a few days after check-out, but the second was not.
On August 26, 2024, my card was debited with €80.93 and on the same day €80.43 was credited again.
The result is that my card is still charged today, eleven days after check out, with a reservation of approximately $180.00.
I am surprised about such a behavior and have asked the hotel to explain the reasons for the charges on my card.
I have already complained to Wyndham and asked the hotel to ensure that the amount -still reserved on my card- is now quickly released."
"The room is small but exquisite, the facilities are OK, the sound insulation is too bad, and the air conditioner is very noisy, and the noise is sensitive to caution."
"The location of the hotel is good, on the main road. Drive a few miles to Arches National Park. Breakfast is an American breakfast, which is not bad, just from. There are few seats in the restaurant, so you need to wait for a place for breakfast or go to the dining area on the second floor to dine."
"The hotel is relatively new, there is an elevator, and we started to give us a room near the middle with an ice machine. The machine was very noisy, I immediately changed the room, the room was clean and tidy, and the service staff was very good."
"This hotel is good overall and breakfast is soaring. We stayed for two nights and felt comfortable. The parking lot is free of charge. It is suitable for children. Not far to several Internet celebrity restaurants, within walking distance."
"Not the five-star Hyatt you imagine, it's a country motel. I took three trolley boxes (the other guy went to the parking) and stood there steadily watching me struggle in and out of help. I arrived at the hotel at 9 pm and thought I could eat something in the hotel restaurant, but today the restaurant bar was temporarily closed. roon service There is no, the mini refrigerator is also empty, the bathroom door can't be closed, the phone does not work, go to the front desk to ask, only to know that according to Utah law, the mini refrigerator does not put things. I woke up hungry the next morning, thinking that the hotel had breakfast, and I ate a few mouthfuls. No wonder Utah is less fat than other US states. It turned out that the food was too unpalatable. The hotel does not have bathrobes, slippers, toiletries. Don't forget to bring your own."
"It was confirmed on Ctrip on the same day. On the side of the entrance to the Archs national patk in the town of Moab, there are several gas stations on the main road of the town, and it is convenient to purchase various hot and cold drinks and snacks. Free parking. Breakfast is said to be coffee and bread, from 7 to 9 o'clock, but in order to enter the national park to watch the sunrise, did not have time to eat."
"Two 1.5 rice beds, sleeping very comfortable; free parking is very suitable for self-driving travel; bathroom double nozzle water is very flush; refrigerator microwave oven is very convenient; buffet breakfast tastes good; The hotel is located at the intersection of Moab Town Center, very easy to find, very close to Arch National Park, Canyonland National Park, Dead Horse Point Park"

Outstanding
SSarah GeedeeThis was a fantastic place to stay in Moab! It was just off of the Main Street, so it was quiet, but still close enough to walk everywhere. The little tiny house village was very cute and well appointed. Our unit was very well thought out, with any item you could need or want included, as well as outlets in convenient spaces for charging phones and such things. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend and definitely book here again.
QQinqinbaobeidexiaoxiaozhuThis hotel is very good, up to 10 minutes drive from Arches Park, suitable for getting up early or going to Arches Park in the evening, after all, it is too sun during the day. The room was large, very clean, the service staff was very nice, including breakfast, although there were not many things, but basically complete. It is about 10 minutes drive from the town. There are many restaurants in the town and large supermarkets. It is highly recommended.
WWinifred MakawaThis hotel is nice, we were just passing through Moab for 1 night. The rooms are good, clean, and beds feel comfortable. But our room (2 queen beds) was a bit on the small side, so although I’d recommend this hotel to most travelers, I’d think twice if you have a bunch of hiking gear. Also the showers could be bigger too and the decoration is drab. But staff is very courteous & helpful. The location is convenient, a straight shot, short drive into the town center. There’s no gym but the pool and hot tub are good enough
KKonan TienI have two hotel confirmation #, but the front desk only let me check in for one room, and said that the other booking has been cancelled over one month ago. But I did not do any cancellation nor received any cancel notice from trip. com.
GGuest UserThe price-performance ratio is relatively high, there is a microwave oven downstairs to use, the moab is not big, it takes only a few minutes to live here to the city center, now the road is being built, but it does not affect anything. Saw two fawns in the yard
Ppheobe爸爸The second stay, it should be a better hotel in Mobu, there are not many tourists in winter, and the breakfast is quite rich. Going to a nearby Thai restaurant in the evening tastes good. It is very convenient to go to the Canyonland National Park the next day.
GGuest UserWow what a GREAT stay we had. The rooms were superb. The beds and night sleep were even BETTER!! We will definitely be staying at The Element again. I have told everyone about our trip and this was the best place we got to stay. Also we didn't eat breakfast there but wished we had after we saw what a nice selectiong they had. Beautiful pool area and lounge too.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Arch Park, and the free parking lot is quite good.
The room is not big but well-equipped, the air conditioning is sufficient, and the breakfast is the same every day but not bad.
After checking in at midnight, I needed to contact the front desk, but no one answered the phone...
MMaf VelázquezWe stayed there for three nights. It's conveniently located 15 min from the park, and right next to a supermarket and fuel station. Surrounded by good options to eat and drink if needed. The room was very comfortable and spacious. It has a small fridge and a microwave. There is a guest laundry that can be used ($2 per wash or dry). The staff was very friendly.
GGuest UserThe breakfast was good and there was a refreshment all day. The equipment is available, the rooms are medium in size and warmly furnished. It is close to the Arches National Park and is convenient for travel. Also nearby are the city market and the Sichuan restaurant.
