Overall, the hotel makes a very nice and clean impression. However, there are clear weaknesses in the commercial processing. I booked and paid for the room via your platform. After completing the booking, I received an email asking me to check in online. As part of the check-in process, I provided my credit card details. Immediately after the online check-in, my credit card was charged with an amount of approx. 180.00 €. This procedure initially seemed unusual to me, as the room had already been paid for and the hotel already knew my card details. After checking in at the hotel, a further booking of €162.27 was charged to my card. I informed the hotel reception about this and they assured me that these two reserved amounts would be released after check-out. The first reserved amount was released a few days after check-out, but the second was not. On August 26, 2024, my card was debited with €80.93 and on the same day €80.43 was credited again. The result is that my card is still charged today, eleven days after check out, with a reservation of approximately $180.00. I am surprised about such a behavior and have asked the hotel to explain the reasons for the charges on my card. I have already complained to Wyndham and asked the hotel to ensure that the amount -still reserved on my card- is now quickly released.

Great hotel just at the far side of town. Easy to park. Clean spacious rooms. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Would stay again.

It's a new hotel, but there are several places that need repair. It can be seen that maintenance is also very important.

This hotel is terrible! After checking in, I found that the curtains could not be drawn and the room was very dark. This is the basic condition. Moreover, the room price was very expensive and unacceptable. I asked the front desk to change rooms and was told that there were no more rooms. At this time, I saw that guests were checking in one after another. In this case, the usual practice is to change rooms or upgrade. Coordinating through Ctrip twice did not work. Ctrip's service is good, so I feel relieved that they gave me a certain amount of compensation.

The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are average, and it is noisy near the road. Of course, it cannot be compared with domestic hotels, and it is not as good as the all-season hotels. Parking is free, but toothbrushes and slippers are not provided, so please bring your own.

Although the facilities are a bit old and the configuration itself is simple, it feels relatively simple. It is also located at the southernmost part of the town of Moab. But for this town, it is a good choice for the price.

It's a bit far away from the lively parts of the town. It feels like you're at the end of the town. The room smells bad, and the curtains and air conditioner smell. I don't recommend it very much. I feel that the locations at Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express will be better. If I remember correctly, the Hyatt Place location seems to be good too.

The room facilities and hotel environment are equivalent to the domestic Atour level or above, and are at the level of domestic four-star hotels. Except that the buffet breakfast is not as rich as domestic ones, it is considered a good hotel for American breakfast. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.
