Overall ok Poor breakfast

I have stayed in dozens of hotels in the United States. This is the worst hotel. Avoid it! Avoid it! Avoid it! Expensive, poor environment, poor conditions. The front desk didn't have anything I asked for, and the service attitude was extremely poor. I paid more than $200 for accommodation on Ctrip, and they charged me another $200 (not a deposit!) when I checked in. I found out and told them at the front desk, but they still didn't admit it. They refused to refund me for many days. Don't go to this kind of garbage hotel!

Staff was helpfull. Room was cleaned each day. Buffet breakfast was good and very convenient. Couldnt ask for anything more.

The accomodations were amazing. Friendly staff, great breakfast, and the location was close to everything.

It was very nice and comfortable. Checking in was very easy and the gentleman that checked us in was very helpful and pleasant. Would recommend you to all of my friends and family.

Hotel was close to several restaurants. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Excellent hot and cold breakfast. There were nice and clean laundry facilities. Friendly and accommodating staff. Staff provided detail information about national parks and off-roading.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The staff were helpful and very willing to make sure we were happy.

The room was clean and nice. We had trouble with toilet that would not flush very well. The hotel failed to make a satisfactory repair.

We were in Moab for the hiking and sightseeing. We didn't spend much time in the hotel. However, our room was spacious containing a king sized bed and a sofa. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. We have stayed here before and will probably return.

The hotel wanted a $200 fee, and would not use the ONLY card I had. Then, because I couldn’t stay, refused to give me a refund!!!!!!

The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful getting me a room that was wonderful, and giving me good advice on roads to travel safely to my next destination. The room was spacious and comfortable.

I enjoyed may stay in a two queen bed room that was roomy and had all the essentials… comfy beds, refrigerator, coffee, and microwave. The place is a little older, but comfortable. The staff friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good and filling. This place is in a perfect location to get to the two national parks nearby…. Arches and Canyonland. I recommend staying here for sure!
