Quality Suites Moab Near Arches National Park

Quality Inn MOAB We came in for 3 nights to go to the Arches and the Canyonlands National Parks. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. The area it was located in was main stream. close to markets and food.

Place was nothing like the pictures online Wasn’t clean at all also very dark there wasn’t good lighting in the rooms or pool areas

Not what we were hoping for We were very disappointed by a few things with this hotel which made me feel we should write a review. We arrived after a long day of traveling and only sleeping a few hours. We just wanted a place to rest. We asked for an early check in or if they could call us when room was ready. The girl at the front desk wasn’t understanding or nice and said they were “too busy” to allow any check in before 3pm. We stayed in the lobby to charge our phones and not 1 person came through over the next 45 min. Eventually we went back to town and came back at 2 pm and sat in the lobby another hour and not one person checked in then either. There were no phone calls at the desk and the lot was empty. They were not busy. We eventually were allowed to check in at 2:50pm. The WiFi didn’t work so we needed to sit outside McDonalds to get coverage for things we needed to work on. The breakfast buffet was all cold and packaged type food. With that being said the room was nice and clean. Plus, this was one of the most expensive places we stayed at during our trip to the parks. Other places were much nicer for the money.

Room was small for a suite, but had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Easy to walk across the street to get something to eat. Good selection for continental breakfast.

Check-in: was at the counter for 10 minutes before I cleared my throat as the guy was on his computer and or phone Room: was very spacious and clean, mattresses on the other hand were bad to sleep on Check-out: was pretty easy, as the personnel were there and very tentative.
