The room was clean and tidy, and the location was convenient. The hotel turned on the air conditioner before we checked in, which was especially worth a thumbs up in the hot weather!

Picnic area nothing like photo , grass and weeds 10” high , garbage all over , fridge froze all our food salad and berrys frozen wasted . Bed area was clean nothing impressive . Bathroom could use some TLC . motel exterior pretty run down , ratings shown don’t seem to match what was there .

We stayed 3 nights. The Moab Diner is about 60 feet away, and it was fantastic! The Virginian is an easy walk or drive to all the tourism available in Moab.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Met our expectations exactly.
Exactly what we needed and located in an excellent part of the city, very convenient and close to everything we required. We would stay there again. Good value for the money.

My favorite hotel
I always stay here when I am in Moab. I have for years. It is under new management The guy at the front desk was very helpful and extremely friendly. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. No complaints. Still my favorite place in Moab, very reasonable prices
