Anthony, a trainee at the concierge, was super friendly and helpful. Super professionalism made my stay rewarding. The breakfast was very good but the room wifi was very weak and cannot be connected. Location is great and restaurant Kilimanjaro, riverside shuttle station are within walking distance.

Great location, great customer service and easy check in. Had a nice lunch at Black Gold and buffet breakfast in the morning. I missed the fruit platter as a welcome gift pre covid. Hopefully, they will bring it back.

Loved my host Christine and she was so helpful in helping me meet my friends and take a tour to utilize the whole 18 hours layover. Definitely stopping there whenever I go thru Kenya. Very happy and will surely recommend this place to all I can.

Ideal location for travellers leaving Nairobi by Air or Rail. It is located on Mombasa road just past the airport junction and is outside of the Airport campus with a free half hourly shuttle to the airport. Rooms are large and clean with all the essentials. Staff are very friendly and helpful, everything you would expect from a business traveller hotel.

Booked 3 club rooms for 3 separate nights during a multi-stop tour through Kenya. The Stanley and the 1902 lounge were one of the highlights of our trip and we would definitely stay here again and specifically book the club rooms. First of all, the staff were incredible - Emilie, Collins, Benson (1902 lounge butlers), Steve (concierge) and Susan (management) deserve special recognition. They all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. The 1902 lounge is well worth the upgrade. Soft drinks and snacks during the day, and an incredible happy hour daily from 6-8 with hard drinks and hors d'oeuvres. And if your flight is later the day of checkout, you can use the lounge throughout the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. We tried all 3 restaurants during our stay - The Thorn Tree cafe provides an excellent breakfast and is good for lunch. Both the Thai Chi and Pool Deck restaurants were excellent dinner choices. If you are heading on Safari or to Mombasa you can leave the luggage you don't need with the concierge, taking only the things you need for that part of the trip. This makes traveling so much easier. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. As we returned to the Stanley from one of the legs of our trip, we all remarked that it felt like we were ”coming home”. Would highly recommend.

I used it on a solo trip. We arrived at Kenya's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport just after 7:30 pm, and although it was already past the hotel check-in time, we were able to get in. I was scheduled to be picked up by the safari tour at 7am the next morning, so it was a really short stay, but the staff kindly explained everything to me even though I didn't know anything, and I was very worried about safety. However, the driver also took me to a nearby ATM. Breakfast is buffet style and the cook will make an omelet for you. Everything was delicious. The room was simple, but the facilities were very clean and I wanted to relax a little more! I would definitely like to use it again if I have the opportunity. I'm really thankful to you.

The Crowne Plaza Nairobi Airport was impeccable. The free airport shuttle was waiting for me the moment I arrived. Everyone was super friendly, professional, and accommodating. The room was beautiful and very clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was very small and nothing to eat. Children under the age of four can add a crib, but it is no longer suitable for my child and can't sleep. Hotel service attitude is average. When checking in, the credit card amount was frozen in the card, and it was told for a long time that it could not be returned when processing. You can only try to swipe the consumption amount again to see if the frozen amount can be refunded automatically. We haven't received the notification of successful return. In short, I should not stay again in the future!
