2-Star Hotels in Miyoshi

A very decent place to spend the night. It's very close to one of the vine bridges, which is light up at night sometimes. Take into account that there are VERY limited options to eat out in the area and everything closes at 17:00. It gets dark ans there may be wildlife on the road so driving can be dangerous. And the nearest facilities are far away. So if you want to eat, either make use of the meal options from the ryokan or bring your own bento's. The room was very nice and the bathroom/ toilet areas were clean. Please note that the stairs is quite narrow and steep which may bring a challengeto take a big suitcase upstairs. The staff was very nice and helpfull. With a bit of help from our phones we could communicate that which we did not understand in Japanese and/or English. They pointed out sights to see in the area and lend a flashlight to walk to the bridge at night.

We stayed for 1 night with 2 adults. We will describe 4 points on the stay and 2 points on the point that we were worried about. ■ Good point (1) The dinner was delicious We stayed in a quiet period. I tried to make a plan of less than 20,000 yen per person via OTA. There were a menu like cherry blossoms, amego, cherry blossoms, awao chicken, pig and Tokushima. I think the volume was quite good. The people at the next table were not eaten out. The only subtle thing was about tempura. The tempura was the impression that it was over time after fried. (2) There was a smoking room For smokers, smoking rooms were essential. It is a hotel that loves smokers also value. You can stay with peace of mind. There is also a smoking room on the floor where the front desk is located.(3) There was a loan of cables The charging cable for the smartphone was broken during the trip. When I consulted at the front desk, I asked for a charging cable. I was asking for an extension code rental in advance, but I was prepared in the room properly without forgetting. I was impressed that the work was a neat hotel. (4) The GoTo in Miyoshi City The GoTo campaign was only in Miyoshi city. I couldn't pay for the accommodation fee, but I was able to get a coupon ticket of 4000 yen (4 1000 yen tickets) for two people at check-in. The sightseeing such as the big walk was finished, so the next morning, I was charged for gasoline at the gas station in the city. The gasoline was about 3500 yen. I think the time when the GoTo campaign in Miyoshi city is being carried out is a chance to stay. It is the same calculation as the 2000 yen draw per person. There is no change. ■ I was worried (1) There was a distance to the bath and dinner venue The room has a self-cruel guide display, but there is a distance from the room to the bath and dinner venue. Our rooms were on the 5th floor of the building with the front desk. Once you get off the elevator to the floor where the front desk is, you need to move the floor and move it by the elevator of the next building. If you are inconvenient in your foot and waist, I think it would be better to choose a room in the building with a bath and dinner venue in advance. The breakfast venue is in front of the front desk. It is a Viking form. (2) The foot wipe mat in the bath was painful The entrance to the bath has a green foot wipe mat. It was a hard lawn material, so it was painful in barefoot. The dryer, cotton swab, tissues were properly equipped with the washbasin. The bath was open-air bath and sauna. The sauna is hot enough to burn the butt if you don't put a mat. Overall, it was a very satisfying hotel. Especially dinner is a good impression. The rooms were also cleaned properly and there was a feeling of cleanliness. The toilet is also with a washlet. It is one of the hotels that I want to repeat.

Providing convenient access to Iya and Oboke areas as well as 4 Shikoku prefectures on account of its location right off from Awaikeda JR station, this hotel is complete with Wi-Fi and best suited for travel and business.

I booked two rooms this time. The environmental facilities are also very good. The check-in service staff is also very polite after 9 pm. The room key has been prepared early in the morning. Unfortunately, there is only one small bath in the big bath.

Having stayed in several good hotels and a family homestay so far on our tour of Japan, my family and I did not have huge expectations for our stay at Kazuraya. We knew it was a small, family run inn situated in a rural part of Japan's Iya Valley. However, we were very pleasantly surprised by our experience. Kazuraya is situated in a stunning spot in the Iya Valley with fantastic views of the mountains and a very short walk from some fabulous waterfalls and a vine bridge, not to mention a beautiful gorge with crystal clear water running through it. The accommodation (we had two twin rooms) was spotlessly clean with a typical Japan style little table and chairs, kettle, etc. It was also en-suite which was a bonus for this style of accommodation, with what seemed like a very new shower/bath and toilet. The air conditioning worked well. We were warmly welcomed and given a choice of three times for our evening meal which was a set menu. We were also given a choice of three breakfast times. The evening meal was in a dining room with western style chairs and consisted of many different dishes - they just kept coming!! We were certainly very full by the end of the meal and were served by very obliging staff. You also had the choice of several alcoholic drinks you could purchase if required. We were told that due to the good weather conditions there was a high chance of the fireflies being around a pond that evening a short walk down the road - we went and were treated to a wonderful display of nature. We then had a go on the free massage chairs in the hallway. Not for the faint hearted! Our mattresses were put out for us whilst we were at dinner and were perfectly adequate. After a peaceful nights sleep we had breakfast, again consisting of many courses. On our second night's stay we had a different set menu which was equally delicious. We spent our morning white water rafting locally (half an hour drive away) before visiting a 'spooky' village full of scarecrows and some vine bridges. For a small Japanese inn, we found Kazuraya to be marvellous and whilst obviously not a luxury hotel, we would strongly recommend it.

I used it for two days a night on gold soil. There were few guests, whether it was influenced by the new corona, but I had a blissful time with the cleanliness of the room and the deliciousness of the dishes. It is healed by the hot spring of the rental state (laughs), and it seems that you can ride the busy day 々 again from tomorrow. We will see you again. Thank you.

Overall, because the person in charge is absent, only half-way correspondence can be done in any correspondence. The front desk of check-in is absent and calls by bell. I booked an annex, but I took over the elevator ２ times and arrived in the room. On the way, the corridor is abnormally moldy. Decent cleaning and maintenance are not possible. The room seemed to be clean at first glance, but the tile carpet on the floor of the room was moldy. There is no air cleaner. The annex is a poor content that the wifi is not connected. I went to the public bath, but it was a feeling that the guests were able to use the hot water facilities of the foreign guests, and it was not a public bath in the hotel. Cosmetics were closed in the room and in the public bath. There is no place to relax after bathing. You can imagine public bath. The automatic entrance door to the public bath is broken, but it seems that it is not willing to repair. Only the quality of the spring is great, so it is really a pity. Dinner is also a party dish like amateur dish. Ayu sashimi is only ２ cut. Only white rice was delicious in a way to cook with individual Kama. Breakfast is also poor content, which doesn't seem to be a hotel. There is no person in charge of the waiter here, and only the trainee who cannot even replenish even if the cup is lost is placed. Even when checking out, the front desk is absent. You have to call it by bell. About, there is no hospitality spirit, cleaning and maintenance. It is better to specialize in day bathing.

This is a hotel with history and old-style style. The advantage is that the mother-in-law at the counter is very hospitable and smart. She uses an English translator to introduce the hotel and communicate with us. This is a traditional old-style Japanese hot spring hotel. There is a parking space for self-driving tours. , and it is convenient to go to nearby attractions in Dabu Jie. The breakfast is exquisite and delicious. The disadvantage is that the hotel is old, of course, older and does not have independent toilets and baths. It depends on what experience the guests want.

The customer service and attention to detail were the outstanding! Honestly this is the best hotel I have ever been (and I am well traveled) the staff were super nice and they listened and went the extra mile to make our stay the best we ever experienced. They gave us excellent food and took their time to ask if we didn’t like anything so they could provide food to our liking but it was already great food! The onsen upstairs is gorgeous with an amazing view of the mountains and the Japanese style room is excellent. This hotel deserve more stars! We did drive from Osaka and it was 200% worth the trip. I only have good words to describe this place. We left with a warm heart and we didn’t want to leave. I will come back in a heart beat! It is going to be hard for any other hotel to top their customer service. There are also nice things to do in the area like the scarecrow village and adventure park.

It is a small and smart accommodation business hotel. The service staff is very friendly. Breakfast is provided at a time agreed in advance, one for each person, and hot food is provided according to the time. The equipment in the room seems to be fully updated and spacious, and it is great value for money.
