The room we booked was a traditional tatami room. Although the hotel is old, it is very clean and tidy. The inclusion of breakfast, dinner and JR Oboke pick-up are all highlights. We arrived at Oboke Station at 7:30 in the evening and made an appointment with the hotel to pick us up in advance. We were the only two passengers getting off at the small Oboke station. We were pleasantly surprised to find snowflakes floating in the sky and moved to see that the pick-up driver was standing by the platform holding a sign waiting for us. The hotel has both indoor and outdoor hot springs. We stayed here for one night and went to Fujibashi and Oboke for a cruise the next day.
