It's a very comfortable hotel, with new facilities as it has only opened a year ago.
There is also a large public bath, which is great for refreshing the body.

妻との小旅行に利用させていただきました。立地条件も良く、受付時の対応も迅速で丁寧で、お部屋も清潔だったのでとても快適に過ごせました。
自家用車で伺ったのですが、駐車スペース（各車の間取り）が若干狭く、私のCX-5では少々苦労しましたが相対的には問題ないレベルだと思いました。
また機会があればよろしくお願いします。

We had a year-end party and couldn't go home drunk and drive, so we decided to use this hotel. It may have been because it had just been built, but it was a very nice hotel and there was a sense of spaciousness throughout. Speaking of hotels, I have high hopes for breakfast, but it was a standard buffet style that was neither good nor bad. The dining area was also spacious and we didn't feel cramped.

この日、広島県の北部を巡っていた私たちが宿泊先に選んだのが、ルートイン三好駅前です。広島県の北部を巡って、翌日は石見銀山に向かう予定だったので、庄原か三次のあたりで宿を取ろうと思って調べた結果、こちらのホテルに決めました。 ルートイン三好駅前は、新しいホテルでした。平面駐車場の他に別棟で駐車場があって、駐車台数はたっぷりでした。館内も客室も新しくて気持ちよかったですし、三次駅まで徒歩２～３分という立地もよかったです。 無料の朝食も、品数も十分ですしおいしくいただきました。
