Sheraton Grande Ocean Resort Reviews

Was a short overnight stay for us but overall pretty impressive. We arrived late on a raining night so did not have the chance to explore the outdoor area much, but the indoor area was very nice to experience. The breakfast is a must try, venue is very classy and the food variety is great.

This is one of the best Marriott hotels I have been staying. The room was huge. The view outside the hotel room window was astonishing. The selection of the buffet breakfast was massive and the food was so delicious. It has free onsen and free parking.

The night pool was amazing with the fireworks! However, I didn't know that the convenience store was open until 10pm, which was disappointing. I wish there was a little more information about the facilities when checking in.

It is in a relatively remote place, more than 20 minutes away from the city center. It is suitable for a few days of isolation. There are hot springs and golf. Transportation is not convenient in Japan. If you want to go out for sightseeing every day, it is not suitable. There are many locals in the hotel, so the English level of the staff is a bit difficult to describe, but the service is still quite good. The most outstanding place should be the two teppanyaki restaurants. I really didn't expect it to be so good! Google rating is also high! By the way, there are fireworks set off by the hotel on Saturday night, which can be seen from the hotel room!

The hotel is so big. Although the rooms have a sense of history, they are well maintained. The upper floors have better lighting and views. There are many parking spaces downstairs. The hotel is equipped with a hot spring, but it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk from the guest room to the hot spring area, but the environment is comfortable and gives you a holiday feel.

This is such a great hot spring that I came here just for the hot springs. The location from my room was great and I was able to relax.

This time I was celebrating a birthday with a friend. Of course I wanted to find a hotel with good food, good accommodation and a good environment, so I chose this hotel. The hotel was really beautiful as soon as I entered it. It felt classic and a little tropical in the decoration. When I got to the room, I really felt the scenery.
