This Hotel is famous for the tourist but the building is a bit old. Their toilet has old bidet, it’s hard to operate. They have old fashioned key, don’t be confused. But when it comes to service ill give them 5⭐️they are very helpful and polite staff.

Stayed one night, location is a bit isolated in terms of restaurants and things to do. Definitely an outdated hotel and could do with a renovation, however the room was definitely very large for Japanese standards so the was a plus!(superior queen). If self driving there is a multistory carpark right behind hotel so that’s also a plus.

The front desk was extremely rude. If you arrive an hour early it costs 1000 yen per person... They didn't even call a taxi for you. It's a shame considering it's a well-established hotel.

Morning buffet with the best location and Ichiki Ichigusa It was really good. Also, I heard that when my mother was taken to the emergency room the day before, they responded quickly. Due to this, I had to come to Miyazaki in a hurry, and I was very happy to be taken care of by the front desk staff. I will also use it when I come to sightsee with my relatives and family.
