宮崎県宮崎市橘通東2-9-8エリア〜JR「宮崎駅」徒歩約12分！宮崎県庁の裏手！喧騒から離れた裏路地にある情緒溢れる老舗旅館です。 コチラは創業75年！宿泊や接待など会食の場として、地元民から県内外の著名人にまで広く愛されてきた〜看板メニューである「小戸鍋」をはじめ、新鮮な地元素材を使った郷土料理に「復刻ハヤシ」などがあり、店内玄関に創設されたギャラリーには、これまで訪れた著名人の色紙や写真が展示されています！元読売ジャイアンツの原辰徳監督をはじめ、分野の垣根を超えたスポーツ界のオールスターが勢揃いしています。 頂いたのは「ふぐ」と「ブリ」のフルコース！〆の「復刻ハヤシ」です。 先ずは「ふぐ刺し」から〜薄く切られたお刺身から、下のお皿の模様が透けて見え、１枚ずつ綺麗に盛り付けられたふぐ刺しはまさに芸術品！口に入れた時の何とも言えないプリプリとした「ふぐ」の食感や旨味は絶品♡お鍋は鍋の中でも別格の「ふぐちり」です！「あら」から出る旨味たっぷりの出汁を味わえ最高☆ペアリングは「ヒレ酒」と最高のマリアージュでした。 宮崎近海で獲れた「ブリ刺し」は脂が乗っていて甘くてとろける旨さ！特にサシの入った腹身は絶品でした〜刺身で食したり「しゃぶしゃぶ」にして食したりと美味しかった♡〆には「ふぐちり」のお出汁で雑炊にして頂きました〜そして、名物「復刻ハヤシ」を頂きお腹いっぱい！最後の最後まで楽しめる食事でした。 オススメな料理旅館！気になる方は行かれてみて下さい〜ご馳走様でした。 Enjoy Gourmet Life☆
