I really like the interior and facilities of the hotel itself. The great view of the ocean is a plus, and I like the overall condition and comfort of the room. However, there is one disappointing point about the soundproofing. I could hear a banging sound from the next room and a ”weeeeee” sound that I couldn't figure out where it was coming from, which made it hard to sleep on the first night. Maybe I'm sensitive. Apart from that, the overall service, facilities, structure, etc. were perfect.

It was a nice hotel that I didn't want to check out. The room was large, there was a jacuzzi, and the children enjoyed it. There were a lot of dishes in the breakfast, and I had shrimp and sailing luxuriously from the morning. I could see sea turtles and the children were delighted! However, I was not guided to the room even though the check-in time was too late on arrival and I was waited in the lobby. When I checked with the staff from here, ”Is the room still there?”, I was finally guided. Even when I arrived in my room, my luggage was not carried. It was a bit disappointing when I arrived, but other than that, it was a satisfactory stay.

The sunset room I booked was arranged by the front desk at the very edge, and there was a construction site on the side, which affected the viewing experience. It's quite strange. I booked rooms on Ctrip several times, but I was either arranged at the very edge or the relatively worst room of the same level. Is it because the rooms in the agreement on Ctrip have different room types and locations, or the front desk looks at people and serves dishes, or is it really my bad luck... In addition, there is only one elevator on a floor. It feels like it takes 5 minutes to walk from the room at the edge to the elevator every time, which I don't think is too reasonable. The hotel has cooperative water projects, snorkeling, etc., which can be booked, which is more convenient. This time I enjoyed the sunset yoga on the sea, one-on-one, the cost is 500 yuan, one hour and 15 minutes. Overall, it feels more suitable for adults with children, because there are many swimming pools to play. You can't use Uber to call a taxi here.
