Good hotel! The staff are nice!

수영장이 10시까지라 너무 좋았어요 밤수영이 너무 하고 싶었는데 탁월했습니다. 수영장관리는 잘 모르겠지만요 나쁘지 않았습니다. 숙소 컨디션도 좋았고 모든 객실이 오션뷰 뷰가 죽입니다 직원분들도 친절하셨어요 마사지도 신청했는데 시원하니 잘하셨어요

I have traveled to Miyakojima more than 10 times, but since the coronavirus pandemic was starting to subside, I decided to go to Miyakojima for the first time in a while. There were a few restaurants along Painagama Beach that I wanted to try, so I chose Atoll Emerald, where I had stayed several times in the past. It was adjacent to Hirara Port, so it was fun to watch the ships from the balcony, it was close to the downtown area, I could relax in the pool, and the breakfast was rich in Okinawan flavors and delicious every day, so I had many favorite points, but this time I had a very bad experience. When I saw a group of young people like that making vulgar conversations in the elevator and lobby, a group of people with their tattoos showing at the pool, and to top it off, a topless guy shouting abuse at the woman at the front desk, I came to the conclusion that I could never stay in a hotel where such anti-social people could stay without any hesitation. It's a shame because I loved watching the port from the balcony.

This is a long-established hotel in Miyakojima. It is located in a prime location right in front of the harbor. It is conveniently located near restaurants and entertainment districts. It's been a while since I last stayed here, but the rooms are spacious and the hotel is old but clean and nice.

While many new hotels are being built on the popular Miyako Island, the facilities are not new, but they are reasonably well maintained. In addition, room is large enough, and linen is washed properly. It's convenient and close to the city center. In front of you is not a sandy beach, but a harbor, but you can relax on Painagama Beach after a short walk. It is enough as a diving accommodation and has been repeated more than 10 times. It's easy to use the parking lot. ★5 if you can find a cheap rate!

I have stayed at a hotel in the past, but the view is good and the convenience is the best because it is close to restaurants. However, the pool was cold.

We stayed for 7 nights in early December. First of all, the front desk, restaurant, room cleaners, etc. were all well-educated and welcomed me comfortably, and I was able to spend a comfortable time. I asked for a box because I had to leave early in the morning for golf, but the chef's attention was wonderful and it was a very heartfelt breakfast. In addition, pasta which we ate in lounge was very delicious. Izakaya on the island is good, but I think dinner in the hotel lounge is also good. The location is also highly recommended.

I thought that the reception, souvenir corner, breakfast venue, and everyone's staff were nicer. I was excited because the corridor leading to the guest room after getting off the elevator was renovated and had a cute atmosphere. The room felt normal. The bathtub felt old, so I didn't feel like taking a slow bath. The port is right next to it, so I couldn't open the window, but the child seemed happy to see the outside. However, the coin laundry is too disappointing. I came with the intention of using it because it was written on the equipment. We spend around 1,000 yen and do washing and drying in the middle of the night and, after all, do not dry and smell. I tried to dry it in the room, but there was no dried fish. I rewashed it the next morning using the local laundry which is a few minutes drive away. Is it for washing swimwear? I thought it would be better not to write it on the equipment. I feel so blue. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. The staff cared about it and kept it clean, and the events of the previous day were washed away.
