It was the worst.
The hot water stopped coming out of the shower halfway through.
It took more than 15 minutes for them to come and see the room, and another 30 minutes for that to happen.
After wasting all that time, they just let me use the shower in another room.
I was really disappointed by the poor service.
I don't think I'll ever use them again.
