two stars? perhaps too much... from the room, which was also dirty, devoid of any comfort, to the spa (!!), horrible, to the ski/boot room, unwatchable, to the restaurant, extremely disappointing, I couldn't find a positive note; Furthermore, for skiing there is public transport which is very inconvenient. Never again N.B. I actually went there three years ago, but I didn't find the option. I still wanted to write a review, to prevent other naive people like me from falling for it...

Wonderful places, unfortunately mediocre structure with 5 star prices and 2 star services. Decent cuisine, almost sufficient; the buffet was poor, as well as repetitive: at 7.40pm the grilled vegetables were already finished (with the maximum time for dinner being 8.30pm), and when I asked for more, they replied that they were no longer available despite the 115 € per day. But the most serious thing is profiting from tap water: a carafe €2.5, scandalous! Lastly, but perhaps even more serious, is having found, upon returning to the hotel in the afternoon, the door to the room completely wide open (a very serious fact). There is no hospitality or customer care, terrible service.

La nostra è stata una prenotazione last-minute per una settimana di vacanza non prevista ad inizio agosto 2024, e siamo arrivati in struttura sperando di trovarci bene ma rassegnati a non trovarci particolarmente bene, in quanto la struttura era letteralmente l'unica ***/***S/**** che abbiamo trovato in zona Valdaora / Val Casies con una camera libera e che accettasse la nostra Border Collie. Dopo quasi 25 anni di vacanze in Alto Adige, principalmente presso un'altra struttura di Valdaora ma anche in alberghi e residence della Val Casies, Riscone e altre vallate, eravamo pronti a sentirci un po delusi, perché per noi la cucina è una parte importante della vacanza. Inoltre, è fondamentale che i nostri cani siano accettati e messi in condizioni di godere anche loro il soggiorno. Siamo invece rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi : cucina fantasiosa con ingredienti di qualità, cibo preparato con grande cura e professionalità. La nostra stanza al 1° piano era pulitissima e piacevole; il letto davvero comodissimo (e senza cigoli) che ci ha permesso di riposare davvero molto bene. Particolarmente gentili e cordiali le camerieri che hanno reso ancor più piacevoli colazioni e cene. La nostra border collie è stata accettata in struttura, dove abbiamo visto diverse altre famiglie con cani tutti molto piccoli. N.B. I cani giustamente non sono ammessi in sala da pranzo, ma per noi non è stato un problema in quanto non avremmo comunque voluto portarla lì.

L' hotel e stato ristrutturato recentemente, nella parte soggiorno e ristorante, in modo molto elegante ed accogliente. La camera che abbiamo scelto noi era tra quelle non completamente ristrutturate con un arredamento un po' datato, ma comunque piacevole e molto pulita, unica pecca i cuscini troppo morbidi e asciugamani decisamente da cambiare perché usurati. Il ristorante merita un 10 e lode! piatti curatissimi e cibo ottimo anche se, in alcuni casi, per il nostro gusto, con un po' troppo sale. Bello anche il piccolo centro wellness. Posizione ottima per gli impianti di Plan de Corones e per visitare le vicine Brunico e Dobbiaco. Consigliato

Un’esperienza al di sopra delle aspettative! Il MOAR’S Hotel e’veramente grazioso, un mix tra lo stile alpino moderno e la tradizione altoatesina. La posizione della struttura è strategica, letteralmente a due passi da tutto: skibus difronte, centro del paesino Valdaora 3 minuti a piedi e a meno di 300 metri si trova la stazione ferroviaria ( per partire alla scoperta delle valli confinanti e andare in Austria). I proprietari e tutto lo staff del MOAR’S sono cortesi disponibili e professionali, attenti a rispondere ad ogni esigenza del cliente e sempre cordiali. Le stanze sono state recentemente rinnovate, così come la reception, la hall, il lounge bar, e il ristorante; il centro benessere è dotato di tutto quello che serve ( piscina, sauna, bagno turco, cabina a raggi infrarossi, servizio su prenotazione per massaggi) per un completo relax dopo una giornata sugli sci o dopo una bella escursione. Una menzione a parte per il ristorante, dove la qualità del cibo servito è veramente eccellente! La notte di San Silvestro è stata organizzata in maniera impeccabile: ricco aperitivo, ottima cena , brindisi di Capodanno accompagnato dai “fuochi d’ artificio silenziosi “, e per finire gulasch dopo la mezzanotte. Si potrebbe scrivere ancora altro sul MOAR’S … per l’esperienza vissuta non possiamo che consigliare questo Hotel!!

Piacevole scoperta questo piccolo hotel a conduzione familiare… Degno di nota il ristorante, finemente arredato e con una cucina davvero curata. Una menzione particolare va fatta al personale di sala, cordiale e attento ad ogni esigenza, cosa che non è scontata. Anche nella pulizia della camera si vede il tocco di personale esperto. Infine, molto utile la rimessa degli sci con deposito scarponi riscaldato. Grazie per la bella vacanza, ci rivedremo senz’altro! Fam. Fabbro Favotti

Bellissimo weekend di relax per noi due! Personale gentile ed accogliente! L'unica cosa che appena sentono l'italiano sono un po cosi... Però ragazzi siamo in Valdaora,sempre Italia. Io sono abituata perché seguo hockey e da bolzano in su la lingua base è il tedesco, ma sempre in Italia siamo A parte il primo impatto poi tutto tranquillo e cordiali! Centro benessere molto valido, paese tranquillo,siamo stati in bassa stagione.
